Bought the super king duvet and the…

Bought the super king duvet and the super king duvet cover and annoyingly the duvet is smaller than the cover, so you end up with excess material at the end. Also the pillow cases are giant ones (suitable for a super king bed - i.e. 90cm) but very people stock the larger pillows. I just spent £170 on some fancy pillows and they are tiny in the huge cases. Loads of excess. One final annoyance is how easily it creases - it was ironed on arrival but creases badly every time you sleep in it and looks scruffy. I already gave a great review previously, packaging, feel, delivery, etc. but more disappointed now I’m actually using.

Hi Andrew, thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry to hear this hasn’t met expectations. The Super King duvet insert is 260×220cm — there’s a small tag to help check the correct orientation, as inserting it the wrong way can cause excess fabric at one end.

You did order Super King pillowcases (90cm), but if you’d prefer the standard 75cm size, we’re happy to replace these for you.

Premium natural fabrics such as bamboo and Egyptian cotton are woven for softness and drape rather than stiffness, which means light creasing can occur with use.

We have sent you an email so we can help resolve the pillowcase sizing and any other issues raised.

What an absolute pleasure it was

What an absolute pleasure it was Purchasing our new duvet set from lost loom.
After an initial mistake on my side with my order, I was contacted by Kevin who resolved this quickly and efficiently.

The Covers are exactly as described , soft and Sheen, providing a wonderful night sleep.
Within a week I’d ordered further set which arrived promptly in the same exquisite little silk bag and decorative box.

I plan to change all other bedding to this brand in a very near future and highly recommend this company.

Blown away by the customer service.

I wrote a review earlier about being unimpressed with the quality of one of the items I purchased from LostLoom. Namely a fitted sheet, and the strap to hold it on snapped off after a few times of using. When I checked my e mail, not only had LostLoom responded to my Trust Pilot review,(I had not complained to them directly) but they have despatched a replacement sheet! This kind of customer service is unheard of in today's market, and I can only commend them for being so pro active. the quality of the items overall is excellent, I was just disappointed it had broken. Thank you Lost Loom for restoring my faith in customer service,

Underwhelmed, would not recommend

I have to say I’m underwhelmed. Most expensive bed linen I’ve ever purchased and 4 washes in, one of the straps that hold the fitted sheet has snapped off? I won’t be purchasing more, and would not recommend

Five stars all round for product and…

Five stars all round for product and customer service! I am so glad I took the plunge and ordered this bedding without actually seeing or feeling it. It has a cooling, breathable soft touch and is so comfortable that I am sleeping better. The packaging it arrived in was also luxurious so this bedding would make a fabulous gift.

What can I say "WE LOVE THIS BEDDING"

What can I say "WE LOVE THIS BEDDING". My husband is a hot sleeper and I'm a cold sleeper. We spent our fist night this week with the Lostloom bedding and both of us woke the next morning raving about how well we both slept. I'm buying my 2nd set and will be gifing family members sets for their Christmas presents.
To add to the great quality, I have had the most amazing customer service, I'd ordered the wrong pillow cases and within minutes Richard had replied to my email and organised everything I needed. In a world where it is concerning buying things online, I can honestly say "Don't hesitate and place your order today"

Great customer service

My first order was delivered to the wrong house but lostloom was very quick to respond to my email and even phoned me with an apology that wasn’t even there fault, then they sent out a replacement the very next day.
Haven’t used bedding yet but it does feel amazing

The most beautiful luxurious bedding I…

The most beautiful luxurious bedding I have ever had . The quality is off the scale . It's nice and cooling and warming at the same time - the beauty of bamboo . What I also love the most is it is WHITE WHITE - many companies sell products as white but when they arrive I am disappointed in their lack of brightness . The packaging screams luxury too - but no inflated price tag to accompany . Simply the best

Gorgeous, luxurious, cooling bed sheets

The sheets and pillowcases I ordered from Lost Loom are just gorgeous, they feel so silky and luxurious, and they are definitely cooling at night! They came so beautifully wrapped and in a very sturdy box so the whole experience was delightful. The sheets did smell a little strange straight out of the box but I aired them for a while and now I am enjoying sleeping between them very much.

I am delighted with the king size duvet…

I am delighted with the king size duvet in oatmeal. Also the two matching pillow cases. They have washed and ironed well and are very comfortable to sleep in. I couldn’t be happier.
