Saved me a load of money
I needed a part that Ideal Standard don't supply anymore and they'd led me to believe I needed a new toilet seat at £120 for a perfect replacement or £45 from B&Q for something similar but not spot on.
I emailed these guys and Alex was really helpful, finding some suitable parts and charging me a reasonable price for them. Loose seat problem solved and got some future spares as well for £20. Delivery was really quick too. Cheers!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear the replacement part was delivered promptly, but we’re sorry the identification process took longer than expected.
With toilet seat fittings and spare parts, we sometimes need additional details or photographs rather than relying on a description alone, as many fittings can look very similar. This is simply to reduce the risk of recommending the wrong part, though we appreciate this can make the process feel less straightforward.
Thank you for your patience and for choosing Choice Replacement Toilet Seat Shop.

This company provides a service you would hope to receive but rarely do.I ordered a hard to find toilet seat about a week ago and received the order within 3 days.Unfortunately according to the box the correct product was despatched but in incorrect seat was in box.I contacted them by email this morning and Alex came back to me within half an hour to apologize and said it had been passed on to Sales.A lady called Holly responded with a couple of hours with a returns label and to arrange a replacement to be sent. This is a first class response to a customer issue and would fully recommend them for anyone looking for a product of this type.
