Horrible company

I would give a no stars if possibly. This is a very deceptive company. They answered the call as Royal Caribbean when myself & friend called to change an upcoming cruise. We thought we were calling Royal Caribbean directly. While on speaker phone we requested our rooms be a connecting balcony room for our new cruise. I discovered a couple of weeks before the cruise that we were in connecting balcony rooms but not with each other. After many emails back & forth with them telling me they would be back to me within 24 hours & have this fixed to what we paid for we are still going on our cruise but not in the connecting balcony rooms we paid for. They never got back to me in the time frame they said they would everyday when I reached out to follow up after not hearing I was told another 24 hours. I was addressed by the wrong name several times & told my confirmation number didn’t have myself & husband listed all while I was looking at the email with our names & confirmation number on it. The customer service & incompetence of the company is awful.

Alice is one of the best booking agents…

Alice is one of the best booking agents I’ve ever had the privilege of doing business with! She is so patient and attentive in finding the best flights to meet my traveling needs. I’ve purposely asked for her on more than one occasion and even given her number to my brother, who travels often as well. He also speaks highly of her customer service skills and wants to book with her each time he travels. Alice is truly an asset to your business and will definitely keep customers coming back and feeling confident in the service being provided. I’ll be reaching out to her whenever I need to travel. Talking with someone who cares about your problem

I am very grateful for the courtesy, kindness and persistence of your employee, Olympia, in helping me arrange and manage my recent flight arrangement. To me she went out of her way to aid me in obtaining a good price on a flight and help clear some recent flight problems. I really do appreciate being able to interact with a person who has empathy and professionalism for their clients. Thank you.

I used “Lookbyfare” airline ticketing…

I used “Lookbyfare” airline ticketing agency to book a round trip flight ✈️ on Southwest Airlines. After I filled out my information online and paid for my tickets, I realized that I booked the wrong flight. I immediately called the agency and told them what happened. The gentleman I spoke with, was not very helpful at all. I called the agency back and spoke with a young lady whose name was “Alice”. She was very kind and extremely helpful. She remedied my problem very quickly and without hesitation. I highly recommend that “Lookbyfare” agency, higher on people like ”Alice” who actually care about their customers. Personally, I think they should give her a raise or a management position! lol but, seriously 😊✈️

I am Audie Shipman and I set up and…Happy New Year American Airlines and Ella

I am Audie Shipman and I set up and paid for the e-tickets for Kendra Austin. Unfortunately for me , I discovered about 20minutes before departur, that Kendra was going to be a no show and even worse for me, a bold faced liar. I’ll not go into the heartbreak phase , I own that myself. But I have a reputation to maintainand a responsibility to call American Airlines. It’s very embarrassing to even make this call and it’s now time for departure. I’m going to tell the truth and must do this without focusing solely on the liar involved. I was too blame for trusting but my focus was about a true apology and American Airlines know I respect there time and efforts in procuring these now unused tickets. American Airlines can be proud as Hell of a Super Employee named Ella. And I’m thankful and have prayed that thanks that she picked up my call. I’m 67, retired , traveled all over the country in my career as a Union Lineman and have traveled with American Airlines many times. I’ve been around and I know business and I know people. Ella was totally professional but possess a heart and attitude that could calm Goliath. She was a professional and yet I could tell her sincerness to me , the customer. She went thru her checklist and I never did feel I was on hold. She thanked me for my honesty! Who does that anymore? I was truly satisfied and it could have stopped right there. Personally, I’ve been experiencing more lows than highs in life , just like everyone on earth does. But the courtesy she used in this situation was definitely turning the tide positive for me. In my admission of guilt , I mentioned that I was calling to do the right thing. It was not about “ let’s make a deal”! I knew I was at a loss but I want no tarnished reputation with American Airlines. Ella put in a request of cancellation and I will be refunded $200. Yes I say she’s a Super Employee and there should be more like her! She didn’t give away any of the companies money! I will , myself travel by air again in my future. But I won’t be checking for cheap flights. I’ll be calling this number for Ella and have her set it up. This is Ella’s natural way and persona. She is dedicated and proficient 101+! But the “people person heart” I feel is born. But I have no doubt she could teach it open young minds. American Airlines has a diamond and it’s not in discize and don’t have a speck of rust on it. Thank you.
