The service was ok but the last rep finally got me what I needed. They are pretty old once they get going.

You can tell a lot from a company by how their customer service agents act. A little backstory. I was looking up flight when a prompt popped up telling me to call to get a deal. I called the number and was informed that the deal was for a flight with a different destination. I said oh OK. When they proceeded to put in the correct destination they quoted me a higher price than what the website was showing WITHOUT the promo. I brought this to the agents attention and he could really care less. He tried to argue to say that his quote included the lap child and the baggage. I looked at the website and so did the lower quote. The agent became rude and therefore I asked to speak with a supervisor or to leave a feedback for the call. He said they do not have that. I dont believe that so I insisted. He said that he will connect me to a survey after the call which resulted in him hanging up. I called back and asked to speak with someone. They pretended to get a supervisor on the line and listened to my concerns with the full knowledge that they were not taking note of the interaction. It is a call center. An abysmal one at that. It reflects the company and therefore I will never purchase from this company.

Please do not use this company!! Scam scam scam!! They stole hundred of euros from us!!! And charged us for Services we never received and then screamed and yelled at me and hung up on me and wouldn’t return my calls when I was trying to find out what was going on. This company is outsourced. The employees there will treat you badly. They honestly could care less about your travel plans. Please save yourself and book through a reputable company or directly with airlines.

Technical glitch led to names being swapped on the boarding pass on the day of travel. Refused to reimburse travel expenses, and they also inflate costs

Ruskin Walker made my experience great. I started out very frustrated and I ended up very calm and at ease. He went over everything point by point and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I would have never been able to do this without him. He gets 5 plus stars from me and my family

Never ever should you use this company.I booked and payed for a flight with lookbyfare from schiphol (netherland) to orlando (florida). The flight was booked 3 months in advance. Everything looked fine until we (man, wife and 2 children) arrived at the airport. We could not get the plane tickets because they were not payed for by lookbyfare. We called the support line of lookbyfare and stayed on the line for 3 hours! They were not able to fix it and we missed our flight. In the end we only had the option to get our money back from lookbyfare and that was it. We were able to buy new tickets from KLM to fly to orlando, but that cost us a lot more money. Furthermore since we missed out flight, there was not a direct flight anymore and we were put on the standby list of the flights. In the end instead of a 11 hour flight, it took us more than 20 hours to get to orlando. It was a real nightmare. We did get out money back from lookbyfare (after about 7 days) but did not get any excuses about how this was taken care off. So be aware if you choose lookbyfare.
