I didn’t enjoy this experience
I didn’t enjoy this experience. They called in the morning to change my appointment to the afternoon and in another clinic as the doctor I booked with had called in sick but as it was moved the results were not same day but the day after which isn’t what I paid for.. the doctor seemed quite rushed to listen to me and I had to do my test in the toilet which was filthy which just made it even more stressful

We are very sorry to hear that your original appointment was cancelled owing to our doctor being unwell, however, we are pleased to hear that we were able to accommodate you by providing you with another same day appointment at one of our other locations at a time convenient to you. With regard to your consultation, we do apologise if you felt this was rushed and will certainly be taking the time to feed back to the clinician as we aim to provide excellent clinical care by ensuring our patients have the opportunity to discuss and explore their concerns in depth. We are pleased that the clinician was able to discuss your medical history and symptoms with you, and recommended a test based on the information discussed.
We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive your results as quickly as you had anticipated. We can certainly appreciate that you booked a morning appointment to ensure same day results, and as you were rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a refund of the difference between our fast test and slow test. Please allow a few days for a sum of £41 to settle in your account.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback around the toilet facilities at our clinic. We are very sorry to hear that that the cleanliness was not up to our usual high standards, and we have fed this back to our facilities team for review to ensure this does not happen again.
We do hope that you will consider using our services again in future so that we may exceed your expectations, and sincerely apologise once again for any inconvenience caused.

Easy to book- fast appointment!
We needed to get antibiotics for an infected bug bite, but since we are American, we couldn’t get it from the pharmacy. The clinic was super easy to schedule and work with located in a very nice building.

Do not recommend
Doctor was 20 minutes late to my appointment. Took a look at my symptoms for a few seconds, asked me a single question, gave me the wrong diagnosis. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I went to my regular GP later that day and got the correct diagnosis and prescription.
