Excellent service from start to finish. A really good reliable company.
James arrived exactly on time to inspect and analyse the damp situation. A report was soon sent to us with the recommendations to remedy the situation.

The main bulk of the work was undertaken by Shabir and Myan. Later additional work was done by Tony, Ram and Jamie. They all worked hard with great care and attention to keep everything tidy. They kept us updated at every stage of the work.

All of this was overseen by Denise in the office. She was fully contactable via phone or email in case of any questions.

Having dealt with bad tradesmen in the past I cannot recommend this company enough.

First class, polite, professional, and proficient people, who have a vast experience to help solve problems.
A real help abd pleasure to deal with.

Spoke with Jim, the owner, at about 16:55 on Friday. Rather surprisingly, the survey was done the same day and I even got a quote on the same day. I'll write another review when we have had one or two of the jobs completed. In the meantime, be aware, he is a Chelsea supporter.....

We used LPP to survey and rectify a damp problem in one of our rental properties that we own in Purley. The surveyor came out and met us at the property. He looked at the problem, proposed a remedy and quoted a good price which was much more reasonable compared to other quotes we had. They also liaised directly with our tenants as well as keeping us informed at all times. A convenient date for the work to be completed was arranged. LPP were on punctual and polite, completed the work within the agreed timeframe and left the property clean and tidy. I was extremely impressed and happy as were our tenants. Thanks to all at LLP great job!!! would never go anywhere else and would recommend to anyone.

He looked at the problem, proposed a remedy and quoted (which was very reasonable compared to others). LLP liaised with the tenants of the property as well as myself and arranged a date for the work to be completed. On the date of works they turned up on time, completed the work to be done and cleared up after themselves. I was extremely happy as were my tenants. Thanks LLP and the team! I don't usually write reviews, but on this occasion I feel it is important that I inform the public of the conduct of this company as I have CCTV footage to backup every word that I am about to type.

The workers of this company have been abusive to my husband and created an extremely volatile situation, and the incident was reported to the police.

To ensure the management of the company knew that this was their workers' conduct, we picked up the phone to inform them. They swore, called us liars and hung up. The matter is now with the police including the aforementioned CCTV footage, and the investigation continues.

Please use my experience as a cautionary tale to make the right decision when it comes to your works. I hope this review is seen by those looking for a reputable business to not go through what we did.

MY neighbour hired them, they sent two guys who were so unprofessional , got into my private gate with no permission and when I challenged them and asked what you are doing and who you are , they were extremely rude and violent with Serious details not posted to be able to publish my review, I was was scared of them me luckily I had CCTV cameras which saved me , the incident was reported to the police and the video footage has been sent, investigation is still going and police assured me that evidence has been filled against them . Not professional avoid
