Rear tyre changes can be tricky depending on the model, so please contact us at info@locoscooters.ie with your order details and we’ll advise you on the best way to get it sorted.
We also have a repair centre which deals with puctures and tyre replacements on a daily basis.

Had an awesome experience buying my first scooter at Loco! I went with the Pure Advance Flex, and the whole process was super smooth.

Loco were great
Loco were great. I got my Fiido D11 bike on the cycle to work. Any email I sent with queries received a prompt and clear response. I was informed of delivery times. The bike was ready on the agreed time that I went to collect with all accessories ordered on the bike and any bits and pieces in a bag on the handlebars. The girls at the desk were professional and helpful when I went to collect the bike. Overall Loco were great to deal with - Jon in particular was great. The bike is great so far - day 1 but loved cycling on it this morning

The delivery is way too fast I ordered a kukirin g4 and I live all the way over in Denmark so I was expecting it to be delivered in about 7-14 days at least that’s what the estimate was when I ordered it but next day after i ordered it I was shocked to get an email from fedex saying my package is expected to arrive in 3 days that’s too fast because I’m on holiday and I need to be home to sign for the delivery thankfully I could easily reschedule the date just wanted to say that Loco escooters logistics are too good

fido c11 pro…
Searched around for a fido c11 pro found them by far best value, ordering, assembled, delivered, 5 star beat even Fido. Delivery so friendly and helpful, they set the standards, Alfie was the van driver.Have the bike a week so far , exceeds what I was expecting.

Team were friendly and problem fixed. But to charge €69 to repaire a puncture is crazy €14 for the tube €56 for Labour. I don’t pay that to have my car puncture repaired.

Hi Greg, appreciate your feedback on this, and I get that it would seem like it should be cheaper than a car, especially to someone who doesn't know what the job involves.
A tube replacement on a electric scooter is a considerably more complex job that a puncture repair on a car and as such it is more expensive. We need to drop the motor out of the wheel, do the repair, refit the motor and then set the brakes up again.
Further to that, we quoted you two prices before booking in the repair, one for just the tube, and a higher price if it needed the tyre too. You gave us the go ahead and we were able to get you sorted at the lower price. That was your opportunity to say "no thanks, too expensive". In future, we can supply a tube @ €14 and send you a video showing you how to do the repair and you can give it a go.
