It is so exact we know exactly where my husband is and a added bonus is talking to him. I used it in hospital and my daughter picked me right outside department.

Great piece of kit! The pendant is neat and easy to use, although the button on the side are difficult to use with ageing, arthritic fingers. Voice prompts are clear but probably not loud enough for the average, elderly user.

From the start Stuart could not have been more helpful & patient with me making sure I understood everything. Always at the end of an email & ready to call me to help me.
I knew the gadgets were fabulous but the aftercare & customer service is phenomenal!

Fantastic product. Really helps relieve stress of having wondering, independent mum with dementia. Its great to know where she is so can help if lost etc. Also alarm activated when she fell, calling me automatically. Pressing SOS button also helps her contact me easily.
Aftercare service is excellent and very reactive. Wouldnt be without product now! Highly recommended

This device is so simple for a dementia patient to use (and charge). The app is also really easy for the carer. The customer service is also first class. I bought this tracker after an unsuccessful false start with another more complicated device and am so pleased with it. Would highly recommend!

This devise is everything we hoped for. Some problem with the EE network strength here in Cornwall where we live so requested customer support to send us the roaming sim that is available. Immediate response to our email - fantastic customer support. Thank you.

Download the free app, enter the pendant's unique code, enter your various emergency contact phone numbers - it's that simple.
I'd say the pendant's charge lasts about five days. Good that it sends a notification when a recharge is needed.

Locaite has given my family peace of mind when we can't be with my elderly Mother and without it I am not sure that she could still live independently. Recommend 100%.

Purchased locaite device for my father in law as he has Alzheimers.It is fantastic as it gives you peace of mind knowing where he is at any time of the day or night.It gives you an alert when he leaves the area that you have set on the device ie 50 meters ,100 meters up to 1 km.Stuart at customer service is first class with communication and advise.I would recomend that anyone in the same position as myself purchase this as it is a god send.

Everyone at locaite is so helpful. The device is amazing and we don't know how we would manage without it. Its very easy to use and you can have multiple users looking at the app. It gives our family peace of mind with our mums whereabouts as she has dementia. This looks like a car key fob so it looks familiar to my Mother (she doesn’t drive now!). She can’t get out the door without it. It has helped me find her at least 6-8 times in the past two years. It has a SIM card. Well worth the money and saves Police time too!

Excellent service

Locàite has protected dad, and given us peace of mind knowing where he is, but giving some independence to him so he was able walk around the neighbourhood, a fantastic product with a small cost, really good value.
Customer service is also second to none.

I have been using the locaite tracker and app (Caite) for my mum who is 95, lives alone and becoming frail though fiercely independant. It's easy for her to use and was very easily set up. So far, no emergencies. She can press it to phone me instead of getting up to use the house phone and i can track where she is if I can't get hold of her. We are very happy with it and both have peace of mind.

An exceptional product with excellent technical support. I'd tried three other devices which were useless by comparison.
Could not recommend this enough.
