This is the most fantastic device for keeping our Mam safe!! Been using for about a year and never let us down. One thing Mam doesn't forget is her key so now we can track her key fob with alert set as she leaves and arrives back home, safe zones - precision track her movements on a live map AND IT'S A PHONE!! She has learned to press the silver button if wants to speak to us and we've got autoanswer if ring her. Battery lasts 3 daysish without charging and using app remotely we can swap our mobile no's as the emergency contact so in effect one of us is always on call for her if others at work etc - brilliant brilliant piece of kit!! Thank you so much for designing something so good - we couldn't do without it and gives us great piece of mind as Mam likes to have walks to park etc, so we always know where she is... found it really straightforward to set up and use - we turned off voice prompts and on charging base as they threw her easy to turn off - also has a fall sensor... we've combined Locaite key fob with Canary Care private sensor system at home and with total privacy to Mam, we can keep her safe while she keeps her independence... Excellent and highly recommend this product!! I don't leave many online reviews but want everyone to know about this great product!

A well designed and durable Fob which fits comfortably in a pocket or pendant. I use mine as an Sos for personal security reasons and it gives me great peace of mind.
The aftercare service is excellent and very responsive. I Highly recommend the product.

Thank you Locaite your tracker really does work, my father started with Dementia with Alzheimers back in October 2021 and I bought the 2G tracker, dad has not been out much, but today he went out warning and unaccompained (dad is 92) I noticed the plot of his route, and called the tracker, dad was OK, a bit confused but managed to get home safely.
Dad has started to decline and I fear he will start going out again on his own.

Buy one of these to keep your loved ones safe, it is worth the money.

The Locaite alarm pendant arrived promptly and was easy to set up. We also ordered separately the room beacons that also arrived quickly. The system was easy to set up and our elderly mother feels reassured with the device. Have contacted Stuart at Locaite a couple of times with minor questions and he has been great, answering our questions no problem and providing excellent support. Would highly recommend for anyone with elderly relative.

Quite a decent android app that integrates will with the 2g pendant. Only criticism is limiting to one mobile provider as it can be weak in some geographies.

Great customer service. I give 4 stars only because we had a rough start with the device not updating locations regularly, but it seems to have improved over time and now only occasionally takes a long while to update. But throughout the most troublesome period at the start, the team at Locaite went out of their way to help as much as they could. I can never fault their customer service.

The help received before ordering and after the pendant was delivered was fantastic.

We were looking for something to give us additional peace of mind, whilst allowing the relative to carry on living as independent a life as possible. This fantastic little amulet packs so much technology in to it. The fall detection, and no motion alarm along with the SOS button, and direct communication, means we can be confident of being able to get in touch with them when it matters. Absolutely brilliant little device, super easy to set up, and highly recommend it to anyone with older relatives.

Great piece of kit that gives us reassurance that our mum is safe and it has great flexibility. Support from Stuart is second to none - nothing is too much trouble.

Brilliant product not only useful for dementia. We use it to provide peace of mind when our 10 year old goes out without us. It means we can easily track where she is and she can contact us via the device if needed. We don't want her to have a mobile yet so this is a perfect product before then. Customer service friendly, personal and super helpful.

My father is in his mid-80s and has recently fallen over on various occasions while out on his daily walks which is, of course, worrying for both him and us. His Locaite is invaluable in alerting us when he has a fall. The location accuracy is excellent. Most importantly, it's given him the confidence to continue his daily walks, and hence remain mobile, safe in the knowledge that should he need to contact us he has the ability to do so. For us, it gives us the comfort that should Dad have a mishap and, for whatever reason, is unable to press the SOS button homself, the fall alert funtion will automatically notify us and tell us his exact location.
The fact that the device works with its own SIM is a big, big plus compared to many other trackers which rely on connecting by Bluetooth to a mobile phone. Dad regularly leaves his mobile either switched off or at home, so such a system would be well nigh useless. No such issue with the Locaite. It works independently of any otehr device.
One tip: if you're uncertain about the quality of the mobile signal in the area where the device will typically be used I'd strongly recommend asking Locaite to fit a multi-network SIM card for you. It automatically checks for, and connects with, the strongest network signal wherever the device is being used.
In short, it's a tremendous piece of kit. As another reviewer has commented, this little device deserves to be far more widely known and used.
One final point: the customer service is second to none. Always swift and responsive with a real, interested, customer-focused human being at the other end, rather than a chatbot or umotivated soul sat in a soulless call centre somewhere.
Don't let the £7.99 SIM subscription put you off. It's a very small price to pay for peace of mind and, should it ever be needed, getting help swiftly and accurately to a loved one.

This works great for us, my mum is 90 years old and very unsteady, we feel this product gives us and her peace of mind

I bought this tracker as a replacement of the same sort I’d had for 6 years. Locaite we’re extremely helpful with setting it up and answering my queries. The service was second to none.

This small device is such a big game changer, especially at wandering stage of Dementia. Its allowing Dad to continue his independence going out and about. We are able to communicate with him, he can also easily use SOS function. 8mths of use and cannot fault its accuracy or would we be without it. Just a shame its not more widely known about. Having needed to make emergency calls, its been expressed how good the GPS location was in reducing time down.
