Easy to navigate all screens.
Only concern is should I ever have to make a claim.
Would be better to talk with a real person.
Hopefully this will not occur.

I wanted to stay with Lloyds as I was moving to a new apartment.
After searching for the function to ‘move to a new address’, I gave up and terminated my original policy and then started a new policy.
Perhaps I should have looked for an alternative provider, but other than the above, I’m happy with Lloyd’s.

The person zi spoke to gave me all the answers to my questions. She went on to explain the benefits of having good insurance. The price was also very good much lower than my previous one.

The first time I’ve renewed on line and it was very easy.
Also received a discount.

Took out car insurance with them last year for the first time. It's due for renewal at the end of the month. Today I had an email from them saying they are going to autorenew for another year. (I am always careful to ensure I tick/untick whatever is needed to avoid autorenewals). So I went to log on, but it didn't accept my email and password. (It's the correct email, and the same emali address that they contacted me on this morning with the "autorenewal" email). I clicked on "forgot password". It said it would send an email but it didn't. I tried again and it said it did not recognise my email, (The same email they have on record and used to contact me today). So after searching for the phone number, and waiting in a queue for 20 mins, a woman at Lloyds Insurance says I need to contact AXA because the policy doesn't begin with a "1". (No mention of this before and no mention of AXA). So I call the new AXA phone number. I'm still waiting for AXA to answer. Phone queue said estimated wait time 20 minutes. It said this for 20 minutes before dropping to 15 minutes for the next 10 minutes. I've now been on hold for a further 10 minutes with it saying estimated wait time of less than 10 minutes....
Edited to add. The second phone number finally answered after 35-40 mins. She said she worked for Lloyds not AXA. She said AXA are just the underwriter (So I'm mystified why the first woman at Lloyds was insistent that she couldn't help, and that I had to speak to AXA. It seems the number she gave me was Lloyds again). Anyway, she was able to cancel the auto-renewal which should never have been there, and she was able to email me a link to reset the password and regain access to the website with my email address. So everything is back to where it should have been; I didn't need to speak with AXA; and I'm free to find a new insurance company for the next year - Hopefully one who aren't as confused about their own identity.
