LIV watches are such a great find for me and have been coming upto 18 months now. An American company with the class and pedigree of Swiss Movement engineering coupled with the passion you can veritable feel bouncing off each and every employee within the organisation!
I just had to post and review a watch that unlike my goto Dive watches I've bought, has completely bowled me over as ( heaven forbid ) quartz mechanism.

Responsive and prompt customer service. Amazing product -“new cool gray” GX AC automatic chronograph. Solidly built with perfect attention to detail. Functions as well or better of the many (much) higher priced chronographs I own (Breitling, Omega, IWC , Hublot etc). Despite its large size amazingly perfect and comfortable fit on my 7” wrist
My first LIV but definitely not my last

LIV has excellent customer service. Shipping is fast and their watches are packed in a nice box with warranty and instructions. My watch functions as advertised and I am happy with it.A watch with the specs of the LIV GX 41mm Dive watch at the price of $790 is a remarkable value. The fit and finish of my watch is superb. My only criticism would be that I think a watch of this quality should have drilled lugs. I do think LIV makes a fine watch and would recommend them. The current specs with drilled lugs would put this watch in a category in which it literally could compete with any watch out there,even those in the 6 figure price range.

Do not waste your money on a LIV watch. Their warranty is garbage. They do not stand behind their product. I washed my hands splashing a little water on the watch. The crown was tight. Water damage occurred they wanted full payment to repair despite being less than one year old. They may look good at first but you're on your own. I had the GX-1.

I spent a year looking for the "right" watch. I looked at Timex to Rolex, and for the features I was looking for, the colors/choices available, and the price point that fit my conscience (budget), LIV was the clear choice. The response, delivery, and ease of set up confirmed my decision. I have received compliments for the look and style, and the color matches my eyes. LOL

LIV is a producer of one of the finest Swiss timepieces that I own. Including Omegas and TAGs. And their customer service is bespoke- no cookie cutter here. They stand behind their products and actively interact with their customers to create a fabulous experience. This starts with their excellent 2 day express shipping and culminates in a handsome and stunning timepiece.

I thought the Kermit was a just a GX1 color variant--but WOWZERS--I can't stop grinning. How many smiley buttons cannit push? 1) bezels' screws and recesses, 2) textured bezel itself that's both matte and shiny at once, 3) the perfect green shade of the face, and 4) the case's gunmetal color. The Kermit's robust weight and balanced feel on the wrist add subtle satisfaction. Automatic movement and chronograph function are gravy to me, but no less significant. This baby oozes class AND attitude.

My P51 arrived a month ago. It is losing time outside their claimed target. Using FEDEX to ship back from the UK has been rejected ( 3 times ) as it is valued over $800. Has anyone shipped their watch back to the US when the value is over $800. LIV " Commercial Document " said the value is $260 which is clearly under value.

My new GX1 Swiss Panda arrived a few days ago & I'm absolutely delighted with it. The stainless steel bracelet really sets it off and the quality is unrivalled, particularly at this price point.
The design is exceptional with the sandwich dial really bringing the face to life. The chronograph dials & buttons are beautifully cratfed. The 1/10 second sub-dial is a very cool feature.
As always (...I have 2 other LIV GX1s) the service has been superb with the LIV Team keeping me informed of delivery progress, arriving in 4 days of ordering. This is really brilliant service!
If you're thinking of buying a LIV watch, don't think anymore - just go for it. You won't be disappointed!!

Purchased a P51 Bluenose 2 months ago, with ETA 7750 Valijoux. Excellent quality, and value. Running at +3s per day, well within the manufacturers specification. Also purchased spare Pilots Italian Grain Leather strap... which was virtually free, using the customer loyalty points gained from the watch purchase.

LIV's customer service is always top quality and they are a pleasure to do business with.

I like the watch but I feel that they were not honest with the luminous effect. The advertisement shows a picture of this watch nice,and bright in the dark. Will what they don't tell you is that the luminous will only last for about 20-30 minutes. They say the watch should remain in sunlight for at least three hours to get the full luminous. None of this is stated in the advertisement. I'm thinking about returning it

I really like this company’s watches. Their personalised customer experience is like none I’ve experienced with great follow-up. I had a pleasant experience from placing the order to receipt of the goods. I ordered one in 2023 and have just ordered another this year.

Just purchased a GX1 cool gray with metal strap. Excellent watch, the weight is spot on and the design is second to none. Love it and LIVing my life on time.

Great Dive Watch. Pimped it with the fast deployment buckle and it really makes it stand out. The full LUME has proven to be very effective underwater. Technically sound, along with lots of envious comments! PERFECT !
My whole LIV experience has been faultless from initial purchase, follow up, comms and servicing my 1st watch. Thanks to Chaz and all the LIV team !

Received this watch as a present and absolutely love it. Has the look and quality of a luxury watch for a fraction of the cost, and gets far more attention and interest than my Rolex does! My only gripe is that the titanium case looks more dull (despite the satin finish) than I was expecting - the photos on the website show a more polished finish resembling steel. Nonetheless, it’s still a fantastic looking timepiece.

Price points that make the competition weep backed up with service that makes the competition blush - i don't understand some of the comments i've read regarding LIV, you might not like their style - if so, don't buy one - but the quality of their products pound for pound is unbeatable, their after sales service absolutely epic and their community second to none. I am lucky enough to own watches from a number of the worlds premium brands and not one of them come close to LIV for value, service and care. Forget new money flash Harry decadence - LIV don't charge customers for systems of hype and over the top marketing, they create brilliant watches with materials and movements only the most expensive brands can exceed for a fraction of their cost. If you like the look of one of their products, buy it!

Crown design is inferior. No triple lock mechanism and the gasket design literally deems the watch a write off if it is open when showering. Really disappointing for a ‘dive’ watch that this hasn’t been improved

The watch is great it's a little bit different from the norm which is what I like, the service was excellent and the delivery was excellent too.
