My appointment was only about 5 minutes late, and I received a notification and apology from Livi in the meantime. The doctor I spoke to was very pleasant, she listened carefully, asked relevant questions, and gave me a diagnosis. A prescription was issued straight away, and I felt the whole experience had been positive.
I would recommend anyone to use Livi first, instead of trying to access their own GP, because you get a quicker appointment, and also you do not have to risk picking-up additional germs etc. from confined waiting-rooms. Plus, you don't spread your own germs!

My GP practice seems to not deal with anything anymore other than online which in turn gets you to go somewhere else online & on this occasion it was to Livi. It was an extremely positive experience. The GP was dead on time, really listened to me & at no point made me feel hurried. I was very happy with the suggested treatment of blood tests & will be following up with me when the results come in. Needless to say I’m now waiting for my actual GP practice to offer me an appointment. Won’t be holding my breath!

Video call was on time, Doctor was professional, answering my questions, made a plan of action, happy with quick service. 👍

I found I could get an appointment on the day, which I certainly wouldn't have got at my local dr surgery. I had been unwell for around 10 days (Covid) and, at times, felt very ill. it was really helpful to talk it through with a dr and get a prescription for antibiotics which I was able to have collected that same day.

For me, this app worked well , I managed to get a few appointments, aalthough sometimes it’s hard to find availability for the next day.

My preferred GP service
Timely, efficient, proactive.

I was really impressed with this service. My surgery appointment was going to take ages so I thought I would try this. Got an appointment for the next day. The doctor video called rather than the 'econsult' from my surgery that just replied to me with a text with no chance of discussion. The Livi doctor then arranged for a prescription at my normal pharmacy that was there within minutes. Would definitely use again

Not impressed, GP practice encourages online service. First time, I booked an appointment for this afternoon 1 hour late and still no call appointment dropped from the system.

Very quick to book had to wait for a month to see at my Doctor surgery. Booked for next day. Very good service Doctor was very helpful and went out of the way to get things sorted

Great service. My son had a flare up of his eczema and we needed some stronger steroid creams. Went onto Livi, added the details and uploaded photos. Had an appointment within an hour. This was Friday at midday so maybe this was a quieter time? There were several appointments available. The doctor was brilliant. Sorted us out with some creams and we collected them from our local pharmacy straight away. Cannot fault the service.

Very happy. I was called by the doctor. She anwered all my questions. Calming things down as was thinking i had something very bad going on. But it was not after all.
