The plant is ultimately alright, but because cardboard had been used to pack the surface of the pot, it had gotten wet and encouraged mould on the plant, so I had to strip away the surface layers of the rhizome to remove the Botrytis. This means that the plant has lost all of the additional growth points and offshoots from the rhizome, reducing it to a single crowned plant when it was sent as a multi crowned individual.

Lovely plants, they are all growing at a nice rate especially Venus fly traps which I’m boosting with my Sansi grow lights.
All the plants were received nicely and securely packed with great care and attention.

First order, plants arrived with a couple of rips on them, none too deep and recovering well.
Cannot comment that much on delivery time as had ordered on the Friday before an English bank holiday.
Seems a decent company let down by the royal mail delivery who got the destination confused by sending the parcel from Edinburgh to Kirkcaldy, back to Edinburgh and then to Leven.
Finally arrived a day late with a slightly deflated box.
Plants well packaged and will be ordering again..

So first and foremost, the cacti are amazing. They arrived healthy and in great condition. Packaging for shipment was robust and entirely fit for purpose. Communication from shipping company was great. All in all a really lovely experience as a customer and if my wife lets me buy any more cacti, I know where I'm shopping! Thanks!

The plants were all sturdy healthy plants except the Venus fly trap had a few dead traps and new shoots which made it a smaller plant and did not look as impressive as the other two

I ordered an egift voucher on Monday. When it hadn't arrived by Tuesday afternoon I emailed them and was told they had seen the order, didn't know why it hadn't been fulfilled and would sort it in the morning. They didn't. Have requested a refund

After caring for and learning about VFT for a couple of months , bought from my local garden centre, I thought I would branch out and buy a pack of six assorted Sundews from LSoH. Was very dubious about plants being delivered via a courier. However , they were expertly packaged ! Took 20 careful mins to unpack them and get them into their new forever home. All extremely moist still , so more than enough water to get them thru the 300 mile journey to Kent . Even managed to cut up some of the packaging to use as water trays . This morning they look happy and healthy and raring to go ! Well done guys, first class service , see you again 👍🏻🩷
