I am buying my first property, which is obviously a complex process, and Dinesh was incredibly helpful from the start (explaining to me how the mortgage works, types of mortgages, additional costs, etc.), to offering me the best solution, to getting the mortgage offer. He provided additional support and comfort on the questions that I had, and kept me updated on the current market and any relevant changes that would affect the mortgage and the property purchase.
