What a shambles
The website was complicated. Difficult to understand how to send a gift to another address. Then due to a heatwave the order was delayed. Delayed for so long, we still haven't received them. Poor show Lindt.
The chocolates have finally arrived 2 days after I wrote the review. Which was 10 days after my friends birthday!
Customer services have not contacted me.

Why ask for a review when you haven't delivered my order?
Don't ask "how did we do?" when I don't have my order yet.
Ordered a week ago and the same day I got an email saying your order has been packed. Delivery is 3-5 working days which you've had . It's a birthday present for my son - his birthday is tomorrow.
Ok - my son's birthday is today and they arrived this afternoon - so all is forgiven, but PLEASE don't ask for a review until you know the item has been delivered

Quick and easy to order from a good variety of chocolates and gifts. Delivery quick and items come well package. Found the pick and mix good for selecting favourites and omitting less favourite chocolates, and choices of boxed or bars offered. Found on arrival all items ordered intact and undamaged. Very happy with purchases and overall service given.
