Super helpful text expander with amazing support

I’ve been using Lightning Assist for a bit now and it just works the way you expect it to. It’s straightforward, quick, and doesn’t overcomplicate things.

What I liked most is that if you get stuck, you can actually get help fast, either through the docs or by messaging them directly. You don’t feel stuck or ignored. Another thing that I like is the AI tools it offers. I frequently find myself creating resources using the built-in AI chat or using the voice to text feature.

Took me a bit to get used to everything at first, but after that it was easy to use on a regular basis.

Overall, it’s reliable and easy to use after you learn the interface.
