I've been using Typinator for years, and I'm delighted with it. Several severe annoyances though:
1. Finding the price of the update to version 10 is not easy, and when you find it, the amount is not at all reasonable: US30, in my case only 18 months since the last one. Looking at the product, it's not much different from version 9.
2. With version 10, it appears that a license key is no longer involved. I've only inferred that -- it isn't stated anywhere. Additionally, installation instructions are badly thought out -- it's an effort to get through the steps.
3. Company contact details are elusive; I ended up having to get them via ChatGPT. You can't search their website and there's no Help facility for what I wanted answers for.

In summary, Typinator is an excellent product but the company gives signs of being careless, mean and nasty, leaving very mixed feelings.

I bought a copy of their software keycue. The app is ok. However I ran a check for updates and was told I had an update from 10 to 11. It states :-

New version 11.1.1 is available.
(You have version 10.2.)
This update is free for you.

I update and am now on a trial version and have to pay. So now I need to figure out how to jump through hoops to get back to the earlier version.
