After doing my research, they didn't appear on Companies House, very dodgy. I couldn't find who owned AI lightning.
Claims it doesn't require a phone number, makes you wait weeks for account verification, then asks you for a phone number during IDE configuration. This is an extremely bad security concern. Phone numbers should be extinct, as they can be easily spoofed or duplicated by anyone.
