I cannot fault anything. Was kept up to date with everything from leaving the shop right through to delivery. The box I ordered looked amazing and smelt devine, cannot say what they taste like as I purchased it for a Christmas gift but if the smell is anything to go by, I'm sure they will be delicious

Absolutely love letterbox liquorice only downer couldn’t scan for when delivery would be , had to just cross fingers,but we’ll worth the wait

Just buy from amazon, you can get all the same stuff for a fraction of the cost. Overpriced, poor quality. They used to deliver in nice silver pouches, now everything arrives in cheap plastic bags. Lots of mishapen pieces using gummy bear moulds?! Some just came in the shape of a puddle. Mixed bag was WET!? with some damp sticky residue at the bottom. Also full of bits of panda liquorice which has just been covered in salt, panda don’t make a salt liquorice so just a cheap way to bulk out the bag. Other product swapped out for cheaper versions. Just don’t bother and order direct without the middleperson.

I have messaged on messenger (they have seen the messages) & sent emails to say my order has not arrived with no reply from either. Rubbish customer service, now looking into getting my money back. (update)
Had an intimidating phone call from them to say they have sent Emails, which we have not had to say item out of stock. If you didnt get a reply why not phone to ask or reply to my messages you have read. Asked me to remove my review, sorry but you are at fault. Managed to get my money back from paypal so wont be using again.

It’s ok. They couldn’t fulfill my order after I paid but did get in touch with options.
The liquorice is presented in a very drab plastic food bag and there is no use by date. When I’ve ordered elsewhere, presentation has been better and there’s always been a use by date.

Sent as a gift, was dispatched quickly and very gratefully received by the recipient! Always the best quality liquorice packaged neatly.

Really disappointing. Ordered a 3 month subscription as a gift for my daughter. Needed it to arrive by a particular date, so allowed enough time. Got the notification saying it had been sent, then the delivery notification - both of which showed the correct shipping address. Unfortunately, they had clearly printed the wrong delivery label for the package, though, as it was delivered to my address instead! This wouldn’t be too bad if we lived close to each other - but we don’t 😞
Sent two emails marked URGENT to the Contact email address, explaining the situation, with photographic evidence attached and have used the form available on their website. Now, five days later and not received a single response. Have cancelled the subscription. I’ll shop elsewhere.
