Goods arrived smashed

Goods arrived smashed, no response to emails and phone line didn’t work. Had to claim through credit card. Avoid at all costs.

Disgraceful thieves

Awful. No responses. No product received. They ignore all e mails and Facebook, Instagram messages. There is no phone number to call. They have taken my money and not delivered the product.
TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE.

Please save your money

Xmas presents arrived smashed. Attempted to contact the company multiple times but they never responded. In the end had to dispute the charge (as thankfully paid on credit card) to get my money back. Absolute shambles.

Customer service non-existent

Either their amount of ingredients were wrong or the recipe card was wrong, but I emailed 3 times for clarification and got no response - for the amount of money paid, I expected some customer support, but there was none.

I got a cocktail delivery last week on…

I got a cocktail delivery last week on Wednesday the 6th Dec it arrived smashed. I sent emails and videos got reply’s email to say they would be in touch in 24 hours yet to hear from customer service. Disappointing as a Christmas present arrived broken!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible company, would give less than 1 star if I could.

Ordered a gift for someone and they never received it. The order page says it's confirmed and they're getting it ready, 2 weeks after purchase. The tracking app says it's on it's way but there's no tracking number or estm delivery date.

Tried emailing twice with no response. Saw they were actively posting on IG and so commented on a post, still no response.

Honestly I should have read these other reviews before purchasing. This company is an absolute joke, they care more about their social media presence and scamming newer customers out of their money than providing a quality service and product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Unfortunately my package arrived…

Unfortunately my package arrived smashed and despite sending multiple emails to the company I never got and response. Only a automatic response to say my email would be looked in and a response would be recieved. I included pictures of the items which were smashed, due to poor packaging along with mu email. It's a real shame as other times I have ordered from them the cocktails have been delicious

Does this company even exist any longer?

I ordered a cocktail which did not arrive. I have tried every which way to contact them, and not received a single response.
They don't have address or telephone number on their website and don't reply to social media or their contact form.

Complete Lack of Customer Support

I ordered a package, around 4 weeks ago now and the product was never delivered. Now, in fairness to The Cocktail Man, this is actually the fault of Royal Mail for delivering it to the complete wrong location judging by the tracking, but due to the type of delivery service they use, I can't dispute this with Royal Mail directly, only the sender can. 3 emails to 2 different listed addresses and a submit of their form on the website later asking for some help and I haven't received any response, which isn't too surprising looking at some of the below reviews. Won't be using again.

having seen the other responses I’m not expecting any response, but have chased them again. I assume the reviews claiming a “recent blip” were posted by friends/relations as that has not been my experience…

No response to emails

I've ordered from them a few more times since my last review but I think I've reached the end of the road now. I ordered the citrus burst cocktail which landed up being absolutely nothing like what I was expecting. The boba were tiny and had mostly melted and had EXPIRED in March 2022 anyway. I can't imagine the dried grapefruit being too problematic, but given how old the kit obviously was, I thought it best not to try that either. There was supposed to be a citrus "sliqueur" included but I got an orange one instead. The citrus one was bright orange - like the Aperol Spritz the drink was supposed to look like - but the orange one was very pale. So I landed up with an almost clear drink that looked absolutely nothing like the drink in the picture and didn't taste of much either - certainly not an Aperol Spritz. The worst part though was that I told them... I got an automatic reply saying they would be in touch in 24 hours... but it's now almost 3 weeks and nothing. A couple of lines just to say sorry and we'll try to do better would have been enough for me. But I can't imagine looking on their website again now, especially since they don't do much anyway.

A company which is making a brilliant…

A company which is making a brilliant comeback!!

Think it’s fair to say something went a bit wrong for the cocktail man for a while there; but thankfully they seem to back smashing it again.

Kyle in customer service is mopping up issues at a brilliant rate and their latest products are absolutely bang on.

Brilliant to see them back producing great products with great customer service. Well done guys.

nice gift idea

Looked like a nice gift idea. This was a replacement order. Unfortunately the bottles in the original order were smashed in the box.
The Cocktail Man dealt with this efficiently and sent a new gift box.

Life is better with a cocktail 🍹

The Cocktail Man hit a blip a while ago. But they have done everything they can to restore customer confidence and build relationships.
The cocktails are always incredible, beautiful packaging and incredible quality. Sipping The Cocktail Man’s cocktails always feels decadent and special. I’m really pleased they are back on track and delivering the superb service they are known for. 🥂
