This is my third LLC formation two of which have been through Legalzoom. When I discovered I needed to stop the process of a third LLC I called to cancel and got some pushback from the first lady. I spoke to. After 25 minutes and asking to speak with a team member that could help me resolve this issue I was escalated to a very helpful young man that was able to resolve my issue. Thank you Legalzoom for doing the right thing and refunding my money on a process I never completed.
