Frustrating & still ongoing
Update. Looking at reviews, it appears they are excellent at taking your money.... now you try taking it out.
This was at the end of a survey from L&G. What can I add they are dreadful to deal with. 1 star is too much. 1st line staff can't answer a question without putting you on hold forever whilst they are obviously ringing someone else or making a coffee. Paperwork is not understandable unless your a lawyer. Their customer service number, they are always in a meeting everyday all day. I am still waiting to receive my pension. They don't appear to be able to communicate through emails but send everything through the post which in this day & age can get lost. The survey has reminded me to chase my pension up. Oh lovely another wasted day being put on hold....

As this is a legally binding document, we're unable to make the amendments you requested. This should've been explained to you by your financial adviser when you first took out the policy.
