My experience is good with Lebara. If you can make bit more data with the package 10 gb monthly to around 50 gb with the existing unlimited call to 40 countries , it will be super nice .

This review is on behalf of my partner, who doesn't do reviews, so I'll leave it to trustpilot as to it being published.
At £5 it is good value and generally dependable, although there was no communication from Lebara during their recent nationwide outages.
Her main complaint is that since moving to Lebara, some six months ago, she has received an unprecedented number of scam calls, of all sorts!

i had money stolen from my account from both Labara uk and France...they cancelled my bank payments saying that my bank had refused payments. They then changed my account...took me a few months to discover of what they had done, because they sent no correspondence...
would give negative stars if possible...I will keep doing negative reviews until someone contacts me....French customer service is a joke..uk service is in India...you figure it out..
Lebara have asked for a prompt response of account details and have heard no further correspondence....

Value for money and great signal! Unfortunately trying to reach customer service seems impossible after numerous attempts over past several days - a recording informs me each time how all service representatives are busy, that I should try again later - then call ends!

Unstable network in greater Manchester. Disconnected when driving, got lost when visiting a friend, tried to call but no signal. Switched to other provider already.

I had a number of queries and I found their representative Ghita Moubarik to be extremely helpful. Despite having bombarded her with a number of questions she was always helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.
If all Lebara’s customer service personnel are as good as Ghita then Lebara will do well!
