I am supposed to be able to roam like home in the EU. I am in France and cannot connect. My other phone has a roaming add on for Switzerland and that does work. It looks as though the roam like home is a con! You have to pay for an add on.

I have a very helpful support from Mr Youssif. I really appreciated his support.
After 6 months I decided to switch for another mobile provider as Lebara operating on SFR network is totally unreliable. In April and May 2025, there wasn't a stable 5G coverage in Lardenne, Toulouse. I was having a meeting with Airbus when suddenly the internet stopped working - at noon! Now (August) I'm spending my vacation in the towns in the eastern Pyrenees where Lebara/SFR has a slow LTE mobile coverage, sometimes no connection at all. What a shame!
PS.NOBODY rom Lebara has tried to contact me (no missed call, sms, voicemail).

Horrible experience - I kept getting messages saying my credit had reached zero, so stupidly kept sending them top ups. At the time my SFR fibre connection down for several weeks and so I was using hotspot all the time. I was a fool, I finally realised what was happening and cancelled my account. But in fact I had about €50 in credit, which of course I never got back. Their customer service is non-existent. Avoid at all costs! PS Lebara have requested more information, but i have said all I had to say and have no wish for any further communication with them. Unless they wish to offer me a reimbursement of my credit balance with them of course.

If I could give Zero, I would have given zero. I was deceived by a very cheap price, and I learned not to go for cheap.
I got a Lebara SIM and sent the PAC code as well. Waiting for the Port to be completed. Then, after a few hours, to my surprise, I got full service .But from the same night, there was no service. No texts, calls or data.
I called the Lebara team they couldn't solve the issue. They have no clue, which is very disappointing. I can't stay without a mobile, so I immediately went back to my previous mobile provider EE. Experience with Lebara is so annoying I am telling everyone not to go after a cheap Lebara sim. This was my shortest stay with a mobile company. Please don't be deceived that they have Vodafone coverage.

Customer Services Absolutely useless won’t listen and answer the question youve asked them but simply answer a question theyve made up in their own heads.
And then keep repeating their stupid answer, again without listening to what you've explained to them.
I didnt realise this was Lebarra France Trustpilot. However I have been in touch with Lebarra UK which is why I know Customer Services dont appear to have a clue.

After 13 years with O2 and being SIM only monthly rolling contract and paying £11 a month I decided to switch to Lebara who uses Vodafone network in UK for £1.99 a month for first 3 and then £4.95 a month to continue with SIM only contract rolling every month. I had no issues at all and signal as well as 5 Gb a month data is fine as everywhere there is wifi.
Interesting I had for the first time a call from customer care of O2 after requesting PAC code!!! Their customer service no doesn't exist on their app. All big mobile phone companies are always chasing new customers rather then looking after existing ones like any other WESTERN businesses!!!! Do they need to go back to drawing board???
Customer service - poor. Have to use chat, no ability to call anyone. The chat people get confused as they obviously are dealing with multiple customers. The bundle descriptions are poor and it’s difficult to understand whether what you’re paying for is appropriate for your needs. Customer service is very slow. Also, I’ve obviously got a recycled number as I receive tens of calls a week from random people asking for the previous owner, despite me having had the number for over 2 years. All in, pretty disappointing
