3/1/25 received email saying SIM card needed changing & to phone customer service which I did. Lebara supposed to send me a new SIM. Now 25/1/25, am still waiting. Also waiting for code to change password to access Lebara account. No joy there either!

At the beginning, mobile data with 5G was working well. From the middle of December, the quality started to be progressively worse. Moreover, when I wanted to call someone, the mobile data was showing "H", Which I never saw with other mobile data plans from other operators. This is why, in January, I decide to change for a Sosh plan. I'll see if it's better.

Lebara is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. There’s absolutely no process, no accountability, and no respect for customers. I lost my SIM on November 18th, and their website claimed a replacement would arrive the next day. Trusting them, I placed an order. It’s been over a month, and I’m still waiting for a SIM card.
Here’s what I’ve endured:
Zero Communication: No tracking information or updates. Every time I contacted them, they said the same thing—"We’ve sent it, it’ll take 10 working days." They said this THREE times over 30 days.
Incompetence at its Peak: They kept sending my SIM card to Les Deux Alpes, even though I clearly live in Paris. How does such negligence even happen?
Rude and Unprofessional Support: Their agent, Wafaa, was outright disrespectful. They ended the chat mid-conversation, leaving my issue unresolved.
No Physical Office in Europe: Imagine not having a place to go for help when you’ve been without a SIM for 30 days. No internet, no calls, no access to bank transactions—this was my reality because of Lebara.
Every day, I wasted an hour trying to contact support, only to be given excuses. Their service is unreliable, their support is rude, and they have no intention of resolving customer issues.
Lebara is a complete disaster. If you’re considering using their services, don’t. Save yourself the stress and go with a better provider. This company doesn’t deserve your trust or money.

I m going to write it in english, sorry I don't speak french... I allways had the best customer service, each time I needed help. Yesterday I spoke to joan marianne I think it was her name, she fixed my problem and treated me so nice, for me, interactions in French are very hard because of the language barrier, but she was able to speak so kindly and dulcemont that I left the call with a smile, and w my internet working, thanks!!

Sorry, found Lebara in Spain and France to be really poor. In Spain they updated their app and could never get the service to work again.
In France, my partner and I both got SIMs, neither of us could recover our credit. The codes provided did not work, we could not get them to register with the app either.
I ended up with a suspended account for failing to register my SIM, which is the law. Total waste of money.
