Hayley at Leasing Options was extremely helpful, patient and conscientious when explaining to me how car leasing worked. She repeatedly stressed the importance of me understanding what I was doing and the importance of me being entirely satisfied with my final decision. As it turned out, I chose to use a local dealership to obtain a car and Hayley completely understood my decision to buy locally and that I needed to feel that I’d made the right decision. If everyone at Leasing Options provides this type of customer service then I can safely recommend the company to anyone. Hayley was not pushy or high pressured putting honesty, clarity and customer needs first.

All the way through the process Ashley has been very understanding, always happy to help and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend contacting Ashley if you are thinking about leasing a car.

Leasing Options made the process super easy. The quote I received (Cupra Terramar) was the best value on the market and the quotation process and website was very user friendly. My account manager Salvatore was extremely helpful, very approachable, answered all my questions and made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend

Adrian was my account manager for this time around. He has been extremely meticulous throughout the whole process of selecting and ordering my vehicle. He has kept me updated on any changes or requirements needed to place my order. Adrian’s approach is incredibly professional, but still has a great rapport with his clients. I am once again extremely pleased with the whole process, which has taken a lot of stress out of selecting a new vehicle. I have had a wonderful experience so far with Leasing Options and a big part of this has been because of Michelle, who has been attentive, professional and personable.
I was given clear explanations on the process and was given honesty, in particular when being told that my initial preference of a vehicle colour was not available.
So far I am at the start of the process, before receiving the car, so I look forward to this exceptional service to hopefully continue right up to delivery of the vehicle and beyond this as well. There have been some reviews of this not always being the case post-order submission, but I have hopes that they may be outliers when considering the vast amount of positive reviews.

This will be my 3rd leased car with leasing options nothing but positive things to say and would highly recommend , Lola was my point of contact and once again top tier service from herself ! Nothings an issue with her at the wheel ! thanks :)
