Delighted! At long last a cool festival hat which I can't lose to the wind or to carelessness!

I am a long time fan of Lazy Oaf, but I have been so utterly disappointed with my recent order. I placed an order for a singular t-shirt after trying for days to catch it on a restock, but when it arrived it stunk! It seems to me that it had been previously worn and returned. Im not sure how this got past the returns team as I could smell it as soon as I opened the bag.

Its unhygienic and so I wanted to return it, I am normally happy to pay return costs if I have changed my mind about items, but I didnt feel like I should fit the bill for the cost as it was not my fault. However trying to get into contact with customer service to arrange this has been absolutely insane, if I am lucky enough to get a response, its clear that they have not read my query fully and I have been given a complete run around. This has completely tainted my view of Lazy Oaf, and I will definitely remember this experience if I ever think to purchase again.

After trying for a week, I finally gave up and tried to purchase the return label, but the returns portal is now down.

Idk who the f is doing the sizing at Lazy Oaf but it would appear they’re measuring in KM not inches. I had to order the same trousers three times. They’re all so laughably big that I could genuinely fit me and another person in them comfortably. And that’s in a pair that are supposedly two sizes smaller than I ordinarily wear.

I paid for next day delivery on a Saturday and my trousers arrived on the Tuesday. Told them about it, didn’t give a toss.

The trousers in question cost a fortune and are so thin I worry that a strong gust of wind might tear a hole in them.

All in all, an awful product. An awful service. From a once good company that appears to have gone backwards. I’d rather eat my money than spend it with them in future.

I had a query regarding the delivery of my items which was resolved promptly using the chat line. My only critique would be that an email confirming despatch may be helpful but I am always so pleased with my purchases, (gifts for my daughter), that any criticism seems churlish.

Love the design and quality but the shipping time was on the longer side, the packaging inside the mailler was damaged.

Literally my favorite brand ever. Customer support is timely and super helpful and my products always arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Shopping from Ireland i had to pay €16 customs fee, which is bananas.

Unfortunately the product was too big and I had to return and pay €13 to return the item??

So that’s basically €29 and I don’t even have the product.

This is hugely disappointing and it has sadly put me off buying from lazy oaf again.

Clothes are perfect and were delivered quickly!

After visiting the shop in September-great experience, I returned to the US and decided to place an online order. Very easy. The items arrived promptly and were even better than in he online pics. Great fabrics, workmanship and unique design. So much fun to wear. Love LO!

Quick shipping for coming from overseas (UK to US). Pieces are always solid quality, fun and creative. Clearer measurements for items would be useful, as sizing varies pretty wildly from one article to another. That said, reaching out with questions and completing returns has been easy.

Fast shipping and I just LOVE MY HAPPY SAD SWEATER!!

I dislike the size guide and the numerous similar sizes which confuse the customer, especially if not anglophone. I appreciated the questions about the body, but I think it will be easier if you include a converter beyond the answers. I love your brand, but I had problems with the carriage of my orders and still no refund. I hope these things will change soon. Thank you for your work and sorry if I hurt your feelings.
