Long-time admirer, first-time buyer
Bought the white ballet sneakers as a bonus-pay treat for myself last month, surprisingly comfy and currently my favourite pair of shoes! Had 0 issues with delivery.
I’ve admired the Lazy Oaf brand on social media for a while now but this is the first time I’ve pushed the boat out and made a ‘big’ purchase for myself (big for me anyway). But you don’t mind paying the price if the quality is there, and the quality in this case is there. Will be looking to buy more items in future!

Very cute but did not fit me
Very cute but did not fit me. I'm normally a size 7 in shoes but they came almost a whole size larger. Was so disappointed and had to pay for shipping back. What's worse is that I returned them and did not receive my refund for a whole month, I had to reach out to get my refund.

The shoes are cute but duties prices…
The shoes are cute but shipping prices weren’t transparent. I understand the company doesn’t have control of customs/duties but they should make it very clear to their international customers that these costs could be significant. It’s not “free” shipping when I have to pay $70 CAD for duties. I checked their checkout flow again and there is no mention of this anywhere in the user flow.

I love Lazy Oaf but the import and customs to Ireland are so expensive, 85 euro on an order of 205 euro, it makes shopping with you insanely expensive and I just cant afford it!! Have ordered a couple of times but will have to just look from afar from now on, which is sad cos I love your clothes!
