Did what they said when they said, no complaints

I would recommend to anyone. Dave and Dave did a fantastic job fitting my conservatory also the boys that built the dwarf wall were very good. The service from first phone call to Dan who measured up and surveyed all very good
I am very pleased. Will be having more work in the future from launa.

We had a front and back door replaced;everything went smoothly,and the Launa people were very helpful. The fitter was very neat and quick,and took the old doors away and cleared up after him well.We were impressed with the quality of the new doors,and they make our house look great!

Good quality windows expertly fitted at a very reasonable price

Really pleased with our new windows recently fitted.
My only critisium would be misleading information regarding “a special offer” but a better quote than other companies.

Good quality porch and sliding doors on the front, very well done, looks like it has always been there. Everyone likes it .

Good quality product and fitters were fine. The result is magnificent. On the negative side, the surveyor miss measured the back doors and a further wait of 6 weeks added time onto the build. Green is a colour that takes longer to make !!!
All good in the end but delay was crucial

We are very pleased with the windows, their manufacture and the fitting. On the whole it was a positive experience.

This is a hugely long story about the total shambles that is launa windows so I’ll make it as short as possible.
We had a quote for a conservatory, salesman very good and offered 0% finance which was the only way we could afford it. We signed up being told work would start in 6 weeks, needless to say it did not! We had our quote, architect visited and said we may need a different base, we asked if this would incur a cost, he said no. We were told eventually our building work would start in September (we were told 6 weeks when we signed up in March). We had no contact and a week before work was starting we called to find out what time the builders would arrive. We were then told that they had sent a letter which we had not received and that their salesman had tried calling (he had my mobile number and I had no record of a call). Turns out he had never called and neither had they sent the letter. Anyway the forgotten letter had stated we had to pay an extra £3000 for the conservatory base which we could not afford. At this point we were fuming with regular calls to them and constantly being fobbed off plus they already had a large chunk of our savings which we put down as a deposit. At this point we had to pull out of the build as we couldn’t afford it and then spent months getting legal advice to get our deposit back. In the end Laura windows ended up with hundreds of our hard earnt pounds for doing literally nothing. We do not have unlimited funds or high paying jobs and we were so excited about having a conservatory to improve our new home. We were so disappointed and Launa’s attitude only made it worse. Do not use them or any of their affiliated companies (Britannia windows, picture windows and there’s probably more, they are all the same company). I would give them no stars if possible, please do not use them!! Instead pick a local firm and support an independent trader.

I would recommend Launa windows and doors to anyone. I found they
are reasonably priced and have given me good service.
