Mark was excellent. My window and door look lovely. He was professional, polite and friendly.

From the very beginning Paul J was very friendly, helpful and professional, he listened to what we wanted and there was no hard sale or silly first prices to be negotiated. Equally Paul the surveyor was very friendly and thorough. Door was fitted this week by Mark. He was efficient, very clean and did an excellent job. Throughout the whole process we were kept fully informed by Libby in admin. We would not hesitate to use again or recommend AGS.

Mark the door fitter did a great job, polite on-time and left no mess. Andy Bowrah the AGS Rep was great aswell, relaxed approach, showed me how the door would look on the property, No hard selling. 😀

New back door fitted by Mark today who was very courteous and kept us informed of his progress until completed, also fitted dog flap into the new door but still waiting for dogs approval 😂

This is the third time in recent years that we have used AGS Windows, and each time the process from first contact to fitting has gone without any problems. Today Mark fitted two windows for us, with minimum disruption, and we are very pleased with the new windows. Mark was helpful and considerate throughout.

Good quality install

Moving into an older house the existing door was too modern and made the hallway very dark . It took me a time to decide a style and colour. While it was being manufactured I was kept informed.
The fitter Paul arrived, he was very meticulous , clean and tidy and did an excellent job. I would recommend AGS.

Great team of workers (2) to carry out a total replacement of windows and doors to our home. The works were carried out to an excellent standard of professionalism, humour and respect to ourselves and the property. Completed within the time frame, all mess and waste removed, leaving very satisfied customers. Well done AGS we recommend you.

Paul came around a did a fantastic job. Kept the area clean and tidy as he was going along and also left the area clean when he left. Good work ethic. Explained a whole load of stuff as he was going along and then how to maintain the product in the future. Thanks Paul.

Ags done it again , from the initial contact to AGS for our latest project 6 windows front of house, speedily response from sales rep to surveyor on getting next project up and running.
It's also been great to have the same friendly dealings with office staff who have been very informative along the way from start to finish.
Installation day . Our fitters Terry & Bob worked as a precise team at great meticulous pace under very wet conditions and the final result was brilliant , just what we have experienced before , that's why our first port of call for this type of project is AGS first and foremost.

Quoted 8-10 weeks to fit- took 4 months. They ordered the wrong size windows, that took a month to rectify after trying to get the window fitters to bodge them in but they refused. They left my kids upstairs windows mismatched to the rest of the windows and not sealed from the outside for a month with no window locks despite me telling them that my son had fallen from a window and locks were essential. Had to keep covering furniture, moving furniture and taking down blinds etc for no shows after I had rearranged my work too. All the time told I will get compensation and at the end them when completed told me no. If I could rate them zero stars I would.
