Quick and punctual

Phil Pescud arrived at my flat at the specified time, having collected the keys as requested, carried out the job quickly and uploaded the gas safety certificate promptly

Excellent service

I had the company to arrange suitable time with the tenant and I did not need to intervene.

This is a very reliable company

This is a very reliable company, I have used them for years for gas safety certs and boiler service. They arrive in the promised timeslot, the price is fair, and the service is always useful and thorough. The most recent person I worked with was Gokuklan and he also did the cert last year and a few years ago - it’s good to know they have a consistent team. So, highly recommended.

Darren was very professional and…

Darren was very professional and extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to help me collect the keys to get into the property and conduct his inspection - I am a mum of 4 young children and I couldn’t have done it otherwise. It’s hard to get that level of service these days. Thank you.

Darren Coyle, has carried out boiler services last few times for us at few of our properties, and is very reliable and gets things done fast.
Landlord certs are lucky to have a reliable engineer on their team.

I would like to share some positive…

I would like to share some positive feedback about Naeem. He did a fantastic job and made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. Although there was a delay on our part in getting everything ready for the required cleaning, he was patient, professional, and ensured the job was done properly.

We are very happy with the service he provided. Please pass on our thanks and let him know how much we appreciate his hard work.
