With myself being new to renting it can be very daunting and difficult but these made my experience so easy stress free. Especially Tas who works there she is delightful and is always happy to help.

I’ve dealt with a different property management company recently and often felt left in the dark, unsure of what was going on or hesitant to ask questions. My experience with Lamont Estates, and in particular with their property manager David Rose, has been the complete opposite.

Emailing David has been straightforward and stress-free — he's responded clearly, kept me updated, and made me feel included in the process. I’ve also been able to raise questions that I might have otherwise felt embarrassed to ask, but he's always treated them with patience and respect.

It’s been such a relief to work with a company that values communication and genuinely cares about making things easier for their clients. I would happily recommend Lamont Estates to anyone looking for reliable, approachable, and professional property management.

I’ve always had excellent service and support for the 5 properties that Lamont manage (and soon to be a 6th). They have been managing my property portfolio for 7 years now. I would highly recommend them as it’s hard to find such a great team to work with. A particular shout out to Claire who handled a difficult tenant situation recently and communicated throughout the process. She is always helpful and available to support me as a landlord.

I had an issue with my hot water boiler not working shortly after moving it.

I called up Lamont estates to help sort this issue. Tasneem who works there was very helpful with my issue providing clear updates on when I should hear from contractors about fixing this problem. When I didn’t hear from the contractors by the expected time she immediately chased this up for me and got the problem sorted ASAP.
I really appreciated the help.

Further the maintenance team that were sent out by the contractors were very friendly and fixed the problem quickly as well as explaining the issue.

Basic service is ok, however they have not been very proactive in resolving issues with the tenant.

Myself and my partner couldn’t have asked for a better experience when putting forward our rental application. It has been a quick and stress free process which has been a big surprise to us. Lamont has communicated with us clearly and made us feel very welcome. We would like to especially highlight the property manager called Naser that has guided us through the process. Mark is the best. He processed all the work very fast and efficiently. Just one thing again He is the best
