The start of my tenancy was very straightforward from the viewing of the property to signing the contract everything was very smooth and fast ..no complaints at
"Naser" the member off staff who looked after the property was very friendly and i always had good communication with him through emails and property inspections
The end of my tenancy was so straightforward also ..everything was good in the property when I left and I received my deposit back within 1 week
I would recommend Lamont to anyone looking for a property

We have been dealing with Lamont Estates for close to a year now as they manage two properties for us. In that time they have proven very effective at managing our properties. They have filled both with tenants in a short space of time from availability and have been very communicative on all aspects of our business together.
