They have pathetic customer support. They don't reply to emails, don't pick calls. I bought a bundle - received damaged plants. I had to undergo so much issues in contacting them then finally got my replacement. But after 5 days the plant died again. And now again I am struggling to contact them, and not able to reach out to them.

Never ever buy plants from their website. I bought two plants. Just got one that was also in poor condition and torned. I never got the second one. When i complained about that, they didn't resolve my problem, just refunded the amount for one plant that they couldn't deliver.
Also when i ordered the plants after few days their tracking website stopped working and its still not working till today.
If you put a complaint through email, they are not going to respond for days.
When i told them that i am going to consumer court only after that they refunded the amount for one plant only.

I will recommend everyone not to bye any plant’s from Kyari , they will just send the plants once and will forget everything thereafter . I have experienced such a bad experience with them . It’s been over 2 weeks I have been following up with the team to replace the damaged plants , but they are making excuses everytime .
In simple words they are not going to replace anything , in whatever condition you have received the article you have to keep them .

Terrible company! Worst experience ever. They never deliver anything on time and refuse to refund money despite multiple support communications. I am planning to file a complaint with the consumer court. If I could give a -10 rating, I would.
it's been a month since i ordered it
it's been a month since i ordered it. i will suggest you do cash on delivery only. otherwise you'll neither receive the product nor the money. i am still waiting for the product since a month. they are not sharing proper update related to shipments. it's like once they receive money they don't care. the support service is most pathetic I've ever faced. they tell you that they will look into your issue or raise a high level concern but the truth is they don't care about customer. they are not capable of providing proper resolution.

I ordered Philodendron red plant and received it today. Extremely disappointed as it was delivered with the leaves infested and is not fit to be kept at home in the living room. Customer support was very bad with no refund/ replacement. Stupid people, they are asking to water and take care for 10 days and if plant dies they will replace it seems. Why should I accept infested and poor quality plant. Worst website and customer support, will never recommend

I ordered five plants, one came completely damaged, other one came dry leaves. I was promised for free manure which I never got. They never responded on my replacement request, i wrote them several emails. I called them several times but all invain. Highly fissppinted
Worst Delivery System Ever
I ordered two plants from this site on 25th Oct'23, and it has been almost 20 days and to this date, I haven't received my order. The Status on the site says "Fulfilled", I don't understand if the product is not been delivered then how the status says the order is fulfilled. The delivery partner "DTDC" did not attempt to deliver the item and put a status saying "Receiver refused delivery". After paying for the item why will I refuse to take it? I also contacted Kyari's customer service and raised a ticket, but nothing happened. When I tried to cancel my order after a delay of 1 week they refused to cancel it.
