Haven’t completed the full process with kove, the property is in refurbishment at the moment. But from what I’ve experienced kove are that they deliver on what they say they will. Good experience so far

I've done a few serviced accommodation deals with Dan at Kove now and I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish , Kove have done exactly what it said on the tin; they found me a property and supported me through the purchase. They put me in touch with contacts for solicitors, mortgage broker, and contractors to carry out the refurb, who have all been great!
The RICS survey revealed that the property needed more work than first anticipated by the Kove team (the vendor had hidden a few things that weren’t apparent until a more thorough inspection was done). However, Jez at Kove negotiated with the vendor and managed to get a reduction on the agreed sale price, to compensate for the additional refurb costs, which was very much appreciated, and meant the forecasted figures still stacked up. Property refurb is now underway and although I’m in touch with the contractor carrying out the works, Jez is still overseeing it and keeping me updated on each phase etc. Hopefully the works will complete on schedule and we can then get it to market and let out via the Kove team, under their guaranteed rent scheme ! Overall an educational, enlightening experience to acquire my first BTL, which , thanks to the help of Kove, was actually somewhat enjoyable. I’m not sure that would’ve been the case had I tried to go it alone.
Once this one is over the line, I’ll be looking to work with Kove on future projects.

You will not find a easier company to deal with, it doesn’t matter the time or day you will always get a 24hour response! You never have to chase anything and always updated with what’s going on. Its a pleasure using KOVE will be buying all and I recommend all my friends and family to use them.

A Property Company expect their so-called fees in advance but cannot even allow to view the Property. Cowboys. Only interested in collecting their commission nothing else.

Good guys. Carl is very helpful with the sourcing side things. I bought a turn key with them last year and thought the whole process was very streamlined. I have also started mentoring with Jez and honestly my minds blown with the amount of value and knowledge ive gained in a short few months. Definitely one of the best companies in the industry
