Highly recommend Dan and Jez , Kish and the team. I’ve used Kove a couple of times now been working with them since 2022. Most recently completed on a property in Blyth. They handle everything from finding the property and the analysis to project management and letting. They are always there to help and I would recommend Kove to anyone wanting a hands off investment

My experience has been very positive with Kove and team. With work it’s just not possible for me to find and view these properties myself so Kove was a perfect fit. They have been a few hiccups with delays but completely out of Koves control. They have been communicative and always there to solve issues I would definitely use again.

I want to specifically thank Nasser the project manager. He has been a godsend dealing the survey and refurbishment. The whole process has been seamless, at each stage I have videos explaining what will happen, I have clear points of contact if I need anything. Most importantly I’ve been handholds through the whole process. Best company I’ve dealt with in this field by far. My plan is to buy one property a year and I plan to use Kove to buy again next year. If you're looking for a 'hands-off' property investment in North-East England then i cannot recommend Kove enough!!

You hear a lot of advice online about getting into property but Kove are able to translate that into actionable steps. Dan has provided great advice on how to structure my residential mortgage to be able to refinance based on equity, I will be using them to source my first buy-to-let and later serviced accom.

I have worked with Jez and Dan for last few years having invested in one of their projects and they have sourced two deals for me. They have managed every aspect of a number of our deals including sourcing, refurb and the renting out. We decided to put a mortgage on one of our properties so they very helpfully arranged for us to go with their broker to sort this. They are always very helpful and great to deal with.

I am a professional corporate investor to this day but when I decided to start building my own property portfolio it was almost 2x years before I met another investor operating in the smaller scale single family home side of things (where many of us start out) who actually understood the economics, the asset, the contracts, the counterparties & regulations involved cradle to the grave.

I saw one of Dan’s videos on instagram and i had recently come into some money so the timing was perfect. Everything was simplified and on the phone which was ideal for me being so busy. I was restricted and then blocked by Dan Duffield of Kove Properties on Instagram. Why? Because I pointed out his misleading statement on his post, that banks only give 1% interest.

As Martin Lewis of MoneySavingExpert.com has said, you can put money in the bank and it will outgrow the rate of inflation. Some banks offer over 7% a year. Dan was therefore wrong to misrepresent this fact and mislead his followers.

I sent a direct message, asking why my comments were not being shown under the post. I said that I'd have to take more formal action and Dan responded to this by blocking me. How unprofessional.

Further, Dan did not reveal that he had restricted my profile, so no one except me and him would actually see my comments on his posts. Instagram kindly pointed that out to me.

It's a shame that we have these characters operating in the property space; be very careful, take note of all the five star reviews from people who've never written a review before and do your homework before buying through Kove.

Spot on service and very helpful team. Just finished my 2nd property and look forward to working with them again.
