Amazing
Amazing, awesome glasses I purchased specifically for cigar blended whiskeys so that the scent can be truly enjoyed and again amazing
Beautiful
cThe small whiskey glasses I ordered are very nice. Just as pretty as the illustration. My only concern is that I thought I was getting a wooden box with the glasses. Disappointed
Cheap and basic..
Cheap and basic... I threw mine in the bin so i wouldn't be reminded that i got duped.
Dishonest advertising
Dishonest advertising, claim they are Japanese and handmade but it's just mass produced Chinese drop shipping
Nice glasses were supposed to come in…
Nice glasses were supposed to come in wooden box. That didn't happen. Would have been a great present
Unimpressive Chinese Manufacture
I was disappointed to learn that these are not high quality, Japanese manufactured glasses. They are made in China of unimpressive "heat resistant" glass. This is not a blown and formed glass, but a cheap, seamed imitation. The price is much too high for value received. I did not receive the promised "Free Stone Ice Cubes" or a wooden box. The glass was packed in a styrofoam cube. It took 11 days to arrive. I would not do business with this company again and cannot recommend them.
I am very pleased with the product and…
I am very pleased with the product and service quality. Also the company personnel is extremely dedicated and professional.
I am very pleased with the products
I am very pleased with the products. The only problem was with the shipment which the service department solved very efficiently.
Tatsumaki Japanese Whiskey Glass/ Golden globe decanter
Email communication was good, however, the description of the glasses/ decanter that I purchased were poorer in quality and not as described on the website. Certainly not in keeping with the price, even with a discount.
Both products were also supposed to be in a gift box but instead , they came in polystyrene packaging, bubble wrap and a thin plastic bag. Very disappointing!
The glasses were clearly mass produced as you can see the 2 joins in the glasses, they were also of very poor quality. You could probably purchase better in your local store.
The decanter I purchased was pretty but again, the glass was very flimsy, not what I would expect for its use. Could see this as a decorative display.
So disappointing! Definitely false/misleading advertising/information.
I too have applied to send the products back but there is conflicting information on their site; I am still waiting for a response.
If anyone is thinking of buying any of these products please be cautious, I would suggest looking on the Amazon website, the same products are on there at a fraction of the price, wish I’d seen this sooner.
If my review even helps one person by saving them disappointment, time and money. It will be a lesson worth learning.
BEWARE! They are scammers
They are scammers. Ordered 1 glass from them which never got delivered. After multiple attempts the CS responded and told me that the shipment was delivered as per the carrier, so they can't do anything about it. Later, they told me to pay them another 5€ for shipping another glass as a so called "goodwill gesture" from their side. Again, nothing got delivered. BEWARE and stay away from their scams, I learned it the hard way.
Fabulous gift! Beautiful presentation box.
I ordered 2 glasses, one for each of my boys along with the whiskey rocks.
The glasses arrived in individual presentation boxes including a felt coaster.
The packaging kept them perfect in transit.
My boys were thrilled with them!!
Lovely product, terrible customer service
I ordered 2 glasses, one arrived damaged in transit. Whilst the look and quality of the glasses is second to none the customer service has let the product down. Multiple emails, messages and no contact. I sent a picture on the day it arrived, with packaging still shown as i had just opened it to find a crack. Whilst i understand these things happen, I feel disappointed in the lack of communication especially with the high price tag of this product.
Stunning
Stunning. Well made. Love these glasses. Will make a wonderful present.
Shockingly poor quality
What a disappointment, I ordered a pair of glasses from their very glossy web page and what I received I can only describe as shockingly poor lightweight glasses. Don’t waste your money on these items if I could return them I would.
I have had candles in better glasses.
Buyers Beware!
I wish I’d reviewed Kori before ordering. As soon as I’d placed my order, the acknowledgment from them said they were experiencing ‘ongoing’ delivery delays, followed by my items would ‘be split deliveries’ and the ‘free gift of’ whisky stones would be sent first. Alarm bells rang with this. In the end, it took 11 days and the order was in bubble wrap inside of plastic bag, although luckily nothing was broken or missing. The glasses were so lightweight, compared to the hefty price tag, that we thought they were plastic at first. As for ‘hand crafted’ they felt like moulded plastic instead and were quite small size. Practically, it’s impossible to use a tea towel to dry the inside properly as the soap suds accumulate and cannot be reached. I was unfortunately taken in by the visually enhanced and appealing images, but the product doesn’t reflect the stylish promotion description and images. A case of over-promised and under-delivered I’m afraid. Alarm bells should have alerted me regarding the countdown clock they use for the special offers, yet similar offers appear just hours or days later.
Buyers beware! The clues are there: spelling mistakes, countdown clock, differing whiskey/whisky spellings, questionable claims of ‘hand made/meticulous Japanese craftmanship/exceptional quality’ etc. Totally misleading promotions which underdelivers on its glossy adverts, and I’m surprised Kori haven’t been reported to Trading Standards or indeed Facebook. I certainly won’t be using them again and will be very weary of Facebook advertising in future. Lessons learned for me this time
This is a scam
This is a scam. they are $1 dropshipped glasses. I got my money back via amex dispute.
DO NOT BUY HERE !!!
Delivery took ages and the best thing was the glass is schattered. Tried several attempt to CS but no response either, Too bad. Lesson learned never again.
