Seriously unimpressed and the glasses haven’t even arrived yet.

Be very aware that despite the site stating “priority worldwide shipping” and “ships next day” it’s not true. You have to navigate to Help -> Shipping & delivery and you’ll see that it can take 18 business days to arrive!! I needed them in a hurry, wish I hadn’t bothered. Given the other reviews here regarding quality, I’m seriously doubtful these will live up to the $100+ price tag!

Whiskey glass is clearly mass produced Chinese tat, not handmade in Japan as described (you can see the seam from the mold in mine). Try to keep a straight face when comparing what turns up with the website description of the 'master artisans' who supposedly made these. The presentation box is balsa wood and arrived broken.

Like others said, when you realise your mistake the only option they offer is to return it to China at your expense or take a 20% refund to go away.

Surprised that they are fighting so hard against my credit card recharge dispute when this is clearly a low effort Temu dropshipping operation.

Having looked at the rating and feedback i was really surprised as it certainly wasnt reflected in my experience! I recently purchased 2 glasses for a close friend and was really impressed with not only the quality of the product but the associated communication from order to delivery. This has led to this next purchase, and hopefully the same levels of communication and quality.

The order never arrived. You cannot enter the order number into the box to trace your order. You cannot write to customer support or call them.
Currently I consider this site a scam.

I have previously purchased glasses from this site with no issue. However, my latest order went missing and Evri couldn't find it. I contacted Kori whisky 3 times and still not heard anything back from them. Their customer service is appalling. Thankfully I paid by PayPal, who are now dealing with my complaint

Your product(s) are exceptional, unique - a classic Japanese style. your packaging is as well creative and give the sense of overall quality.

I have been drinking whiskey and such for many a years and enjoy drinking / tasting my whiskey out of a Kori glass.

I know sometimes the delivered product doesn't always match the ad portrayal, but my Kin - Gold Foil whiskey glasses are more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined or hoped for. Unreal craftsmanship, a good weight, and just enough to enjoy a small snoot of your favorite whiskey/whisky/bourbon, or whatever else you'd fancy.

Should be able to give Koriwhiskey 10 stars and big props to Jay for answering emails personally and courteously!

I purchased glasses for my partner for Christmas. Had no updates via email but saw on the shop app it needed information about address. I tried to contact them but no answer. It then changes to say return to sender so I mailed again and no answer. Never received the items, contact or a refund

Ordered the decanter, whiskey glass and stones - for starters these are all tiny - not sure who would use them? But more importantly the glass quality feels like plastic or acrylic. They probably cost pennies to manufacture. Absolute rip off. No surprise to come here and see everyone disappointed, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Stellar customer service - had a shipping issue and was promptly resent another package (since the issue was on the courier's end). This was a gift for my close friend and she absolutely loved the quality of the glasses and the unique look and coloring. Here's to plenty of whisky nights in quality glassware - highly recommend purchasing from yet another classy Japanese shop.

Never got the delivery, tracking said it was in a different city. Support was terrible, took ages to reply and provided me with an invalid tracking code so I couldn't even get the courier to investigate. Never got a refund either.

I loved my knifes, glasses and fancy ice cubes.

When my first order took a bit long to arrive , I thought order was lost 😞 support team reassured me, my glasses where on their way and they arrived beautifully crafted and wrapped thank you Kori whiskey love the glasses !

When my box set arrived one of the glasses was damaged. They did not hesitate to send a replacement!

The quality of the glasses was excellent. Got a few for some of my friends for Christmas, and they loved them.

Very bad experience. They are so slow in preparing orders and shipment. They don't use fast couriers; they use the posts. Moreover, I paid so much for my order which was placed 4 weeks ago and did not receive it yet and all the answers I get are useless excuses and justifications for a very bad service. They always refer me to a tracking system which they admit is not regularly updated and which is showing that my order has never been shipped. Since they exceeded all my expectations of not receiving my order, I have asked for a refund which they refused in a very arrogant way.

Love to drink my single malt Yamazaki from beautiful glass received from Kori Whiskey. Purchase very easy, delivery service from Japan to my country was perfect, so everything is fine. Give all my raccomandations to Kori Whiskey and their products.
