Defective Product and Unfulfilled Warranty
Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a mattress from this manufacturer, which comes with a 10-year warranty. However, after just one year and a few months of use, the mattress has already developed a visible sag, affecting its comfort and quality.
The store where I made the purchase sent a team to inspect the issue and confirmed that there is indeed sagging. However, despite acknowledging the defect, they did not replace the product. I was informed that the replacement would not be carried out because the manufacturer refuses to exchange it.
I would like to emphasise that the warranty should cover structural defects within the stipulated period. Therefore, I demand an immediate solution, either through the replacement of the mattress or a full refund. Otherwise, I will have to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities to ensure my rights are upheld.
