Not a lot to say other than the service/support is second to none, literally, I have 3 companies I use for the same kind of hosting work, Kinsta's the only one I never have a problem with. It's the most expensive of the three, but I never have a problem. Support quick and excellent.

We have been looking for a single hosting provider to consolidate several disparate site hosts we inherited over time.
After trying out with another large host, we became frustrated with the lack of support in real time when we needed it. I run an online school using an LMS, and a little while back, I tried switching to a different host—mainly to save some money and see if I could manage things myself a bit more. Right away, I realized it was a terrible decision.

Kinsta provides an outstanding product and excellent service. I really can't think of anything negative. I have had it for years now. They're up almost 100%. They respond immediately to problems. The staff are very nice and go above and beyond. I don't think it is expensive. I have had other cheaper providers, but I had far more problems.

Tech support chat was excellent - I mean top shelf, quick, friendly, understood the questions and problems posed - no copy/paste dumb scripts you typically get from chat support crew but a real human with real understanding and effort. The guy I spoke to (Dean) was awesome - 10/10. Well done mate.
