Smart People Still Exist in Technical Support!
I've had to work with a lot of techs and support people in my 15 years in the world of the web... and I gotta say Dean at Kinsta really knows what he's doing. AI couldn't figure it out... Customer of a couple of years. Sadly leaving due to costs
Been with them for a couple of years. Now, in process of leaving. Excellent customer service. Value for the money not so much. Seems the more business you bring over to them the higher the costs. True costs per site cleverly disguised in their pricing structure. Wish it wasn't the case.
