I am a psychiatrist and was referred to the GMC for an allegation of misconduct. After thorough research, I found Ms Catherine Stock of Kings View Chambers. She was honest and upfront in her review of my case from the outset and did a fantastic job in preparing my case. Stephen McCaffrey represented me on the day of the hearing and walked me through every step and was very supportive.

I am a qualified doctor and had an unfortunate incident that lead to a GMC complaint challenging my fitness to practice with the possibility of losing my GMC number. I had a rather complicated case with very serious allegations. After thorough research I was fortunate to find Mrs Catherine Stock of Kings View Chambers. She was honest and upfront in her review of my situation from the outset, giving practical advice as to the best way forward and reasonable and affordable costings. She came across as confident, professional, warm, and friendly and sounded like someone who knows her job. While I was feeling hopeless and pessimistic, Catherine reassured me and put me in ease, I felt safe and optimistic about my case with GMC. She was both my solicitor and barrister which saved me a lot of money.
