Stephen and Catherine really are a formidable partnership. The manner in which they approached my case was exceptional - meticulous, methodical and complementary in terms of their individual strengths. I instructed Stephen very late in the day following a S43 Order. Stephen very quickly set to work and advised me as to what was important and that was my CILEX practicing certificate. Stephen presented CILEX with a superb case together with a paginated bundle in support. I did not even envisage this approach and he gave me some really good ideas, even asking me to consider matters overnight. I knew it was the right decision. I am now waiting to hear further. Please do not think, there is no solution as Stephen has been a real tower of strength.

I’ve known Ms Stock for about two years now. Before I was represented by Ms Stock I interviewed more than three lawyers. I knew my case was difficult and extremely complex. After having my offer to study Medicine rejected due to an incident on my records, I was delighted and relieved when my appeal was upheld, my offer to study Medicine at university was no longer rejected. I came across Catherine Stock at Kings View Chambers after searching the internet for good quality legal advice related to an issue which was affecting my HCPC registration and consequently my professional work.
I had made an application to the HCPC and an issue about a police caution related to events in 2014 was a problem. I felt the situation, and the events at the time of the caution had not been justly reviewed and fairly evaluated . I instructed Catherine to review the HCPC registration and advise on the best way forward. She provided advice and assistance in drafting and finalising my response to the HCPC.
