Extremely disappointed — misleading and rigid procedures, no refunds (my experience)

I want to warn others about my experience with FIDULINK. The company is registered in the USA (not in the EU) and I could not find independent user reviews online — their web presence felt controlled and suspicious. Their YouTube videos use avatars and comments are disabled, which added to my concerns.

After I completed the payment for their company registration service they demanded an overwhelming number of documents that needed to be legalized, translated and apostilled. The volume and type of documentation requested felt disproportionate compared to other providers I researched. When I attempted to cancel my order only minutes after the transaction, FIDULINK denied the cancellation and insisted they do not issue refunds. That policy — combined with the late demand for extensive certified paperwork — left me out of pocket and frustrated.

I’m sharing this as my personal account so others can make an informed decision. If you’re considering FIDULINK, ask very specific questions up front (exact list of documents, who covers apostille/translation costs, cancellation and refund policy in writing) and consider using a provider with transparent, verified reviews and clear refund protections.

Precisely because we have been operating for over 16 years and, to our knowledge, had not received a negative public review until now, we took this feedback very seriously and reviewed the entire file before replying.

For the information of readers:

Transparency & support: The list of required documents, the scope of the service, and the applicable terms (timelines, cancellation conditions, etc.) are communicated upfront in the package description and our Terms & Conditions. Our team answers questions before and after an order (email/WhatsApp support) and can offer a short phone call to frame and confirm the process.

Requirements vary by jurisdiction: Depending on the country and the chosen structure, the document list is based on official requirements (registry, authorities, notary, bank). We do not request any additional documents beyond what the relevant jurisdiction requires. Please also note that certified translations and/or apostille/legalisation are not required in every country; this depends solely on the jurisdiction involved and the origin of the documents.

Case specifics (Greece + corporate shareholder): In this context, local authorities and counterparties require corporate documents (e.g., resolutions, articles of association, an extract from the commercial register) and, depending on the origin of the documents, formalities such as apostille/legalisation and certified translations into Greek. These are regulatory requirements and are not optional.

Compliance (KYC/KYB/AML): We apply strict checks as required by registries and compliance rules. As long as verification steps and required documents are not completed/validated, the procedure cannot move forward. In this case, the required documents were not provided and the process was stopped while it was ongoing.

Finding a solution: Despite the disagreement, we acted in good faith and proposed practical options to move forward (continuing the procedure with assistance, or a commercial solution such as a service credit, with the possibility to transfer the credit to a third party—so you have a choice between several solutions—depending on the status of the process).

We cannot discuss an individual case publicly due to confidentiality and compliance obligations. This matter is already being handled through our official channels . Therefore, we will not comment further on case-specific details here. We remain committed to a professional resolution.
