Excellent Service provided regarding the annual service of our water softener by Charlie. He was on time, very polite and provided a professional service. He was very clean and tidy in his work and only too happy to wear shoe protectors when asked. He answered all our questions and gave good honest advice about our machine. Would highly recommend using Kinetico.

Reece arrived when he promised. Was respectful of our home at all times. He acted in a very friendly but professional manner, clearly explaining the issues we were suffering and setting out the options we had to resolve them. He invited questions and answered them all efficiently and confidently. We look forward to him returning to carry out the required work in a week or so.

Thomas came today to install a new softening unit. These guys always are on time, professional, cover everything with you, and tidy up afterwards. Definitely will keep using them.

Today Charlie came to service my aging machine. He helpfully explained all the issues with my machine before providing me with comprehensive info and quote for a new "modern" machine. He was friendly, polite and very informative from start to finish, a credit to Kinetico.

Charlie fixed a leak in my kinetico water softener and also corrected the drainage which was misinstalled by my plumber. He was professional and extremely patient, explaining everything clearly and answering all my stupid questions. Absolute legend.
