I was unfortunate in choosing this circus to undertake my legitimate claim against the MOD for NIHL. Over two years later and nothing but a sorry email thread of vague legalese flannel, contradictions, obfuscation, and damned lies to attempt to avoid admitting that they simply failed. Kinetic Law and Nik Gittins achieved a very satisfactory outcome for me during a recent case where the litigation took a long time. Nik’s diligence and wise counsel was very much appreciated as at times it became frustrating for me as I suffered health issues while waiting for my case to be heard.

do not use these solicitors I used these for a housing disrepair I didn't get anywhere they just made the situation a lot worse really bad representation it's really also I've noticed there's a lot of military claims on here and are not getting anywhere just like housing disrepair very poor solicitors very important they never kept me updated they passed my case to somebody else on my case fell apart I don't think she was experienced enough full of shit you do know they've been reported to the ombudsman my house is full of Mold and it needs a lot of repairing the solicitor was saying to me how much money do I want in compensation it's not about the compensation it's about getting stuff done in my house and when I said I wasn't interested in the money it was about getting my house done she lost interest KEEP WELL away from these the no good can you believe it they never kept me up today on anything and now that I've got rid of these these are still trying to contact me told them go a way I got passed on to somebody else it got to the point I had to block the number and email these people don't care they only care about money the

My honest opinion I first got phone calls roughly 2 years ago .stating have u had any hearing problems .they sent me the form I through it in the bin .didn't think much about it to be honest with u .few weeks later got another phone call.asking my why they haven't received my form .told them I've lost it they sent another one.filled it in sent it off .then I had someone come to my house give me a hearing test twice this happened I put on the form 5 places of employment .over 12 months later I got a offer off the first place of work which I accepted.then the next one I exepted.that was October 2025 now it's middle of February got a voicemail got a voicemail in Xmas 25 saying the last 2 employees are discussing a offer to me .can't believe it's taken nearly 6 months to get the other 2 employments to get on bored .its brought nothing but stress wish deep down I regret sending the papers off .so all am saying to anyone doing it .it's not a quick fix .

Avoid this is a theft company

Avoid this is a theft company, if third party made a claim they will make agreement with them to split up money. they are rude, they do not process your claim. you will end up in troubles.

Mr Kasim was very helpful, understanding and patient with my case. Masterfully negotiated a good outcome for me and saved me the hassle of going to court for something that wasn’t my fault to begin with.

I want to start by thanking Kenetic Law for the support provided through out my claim.
I also want to give special recognition to my solicitor Nayla Yusuf. The difference she made as soon as she took over was incredible.
Her commitment , professionalism and dedication truly went above and beyond.
I was due to go to court and I felt extremely frustrated about the whole situation, but she handled everything with such care and confidence that it completely put me at ease.
Nayla prepped me so well that I didn’t feel nervous at all. She explained every step clearly. She made sure I understood what was happening and always made me feel supported. Due to her hard work what felt overwhelming at first became manageable and I honestly can’t thank her enough.
