I had a great experience with Watson Ramsbottom Solicitors.
Most of my contact was with Claudia, she mostly dealt with the sale of the property. She was very professional, she kept me informed all the time of what was happening. She was very easy to deal with and handled any questions I had quickly and in a friendly manner. I would definitely recommend this company

I have just purchased my first home and was recommended Watson Ramsbottom from my broker - From the offset the communication was brilliant and through the whole buying process they reassured me all was in hand. Mellisa, Nathan, Michelle and Domingos were an excellent team that put me first in everything they did until the lenders money was sent to the sellers account. Will 100% re-use if I end up having to use their services in the future.

I have just bought my first home, and Ellen and Emily at Watson Ramsbottom, have been absolutely fantastic. I put my offer in on the house in February, and I’ve completed today. They made the process so smooth and stress free, and they worked at such great speed and precision throughout. They provided me with updates during the process and ensured I was kept up to speed at all times, and provided support through every stage. I highly recommend them both, and I will be doing so to anyone I know, in the future.

I have been an estate agent for 20+ years and now run a Sales Progression business so I interact with this company regularly. In my time I have come across some good solicitors and some bad, but I have to say, dealing with Dana and Kieran at Watson Ramsbottom, they are exceptionally good!!! Their manner, their responsiveness to myself, their clients, their speed of response, how pro-active they are is all you could ask for! If these guys are in a chain of home movers, they are always the first ones ready and go out of their way to help get people's home moves over the line! I couldn't praise them highly enough, they are simply superb at what they do! If I ever need a conveyancing solicitor, there wouldn't be any question as to whom I would use!

We recently purchased a new-build via part exchange, and our developers (Avant) recommended we use Watson Ramsbottom. Having had very negative experiences with solicitors with past home purchases, I was completely taken aback by the exceptional customer service we received from WR. They were incredibly efficient, completing our move within about eight weeks. Communication was excellent, and the team in charge of our case established a great personal relationship with us. The experience was seamless and the team handled any concerns we had with kindness & empathy. A human touch that seriously reduced anxiety. Solicitors often lack this, adding to the stress of the move by failing to appreciate how unfamiliar this process can be for many. This was not the case with WR at all, and we were very grateful.

We also had a declaration of trust drawn up which was again, efficient and easy.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle Knox, Akub Hussain and Lisa Coffield when I purchased my first home. They were all always very professional and always happy to answer any questions I had, none seemed too daft. Initially Akub was my point of contact getting the wheels in motion, and as time went on and progress was made I dealt more with Kyle and on occasion Lisa. The team provided me with an online portal which helped me to track which stage I was at, alongside the picture pdf diagram that enabled me to see all that goes on in the back ground (the quiet periods). Any time I emailed, they would get back to me with a response in a really timely manner which helped to ease my anxiety as a first time buyer. A query was raised to the team from myself regarding landscapes and how these didn't match with the plans that I had received. This was acknowledged and rectified with no issues (that I was made aware of) from the development site. Overall, the team I dealt with were fantastic, I felt thoroughly supported throughout and I would use Carters Solicitors in the future.
