I really wanted this to work

I really wanted this to work, but I just didn’t notice any real improvement after using for almost a year. I still have a fair amount of shedding and maybe very slight regrowth, but I’ve seen better results with low dose oral minoxidil (which is also cheaper).

I started using this product after massive shed

I started using this product after buying alllll the other things marketed to me on social media. I have had menopausal hair loss and thinning for years. In the beginning of this year, I had a medical condition that caused enormous physiological stress and then surgery to resolve. My hair loss kicked up several notches. So then I tried oral minoxidil, only to find out it caused my legs to swell and had to stop. Even more hair was coming out and I was truly going bald. Got my Kilgour and started immediately. Within 7 days, my shedding subsided. It’s been a month now, and I barely lose any hair. I have baby hairs coming in. I’m thrilled with these results.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money, promises EXPENSIVE PROMISES and a $160 later and less than NOTHING. Money back guarantee my ass, it’s beyond conditional. After 3 months and NOTHING I decided to give Pantene’s Strong and Abundant, it’s a fraction of the cost and works 10 x better and for $50 you get the entire system. Don’t buy the BS on here it DOESN’T WORK!!!

I really wanted to work but got an allergic reaction

I really wanted to work but I had an allergic reaction on the first tried I used it. I had to run and take an antihistamine. Talked to a person call “Sheena” from costumer services, awful experience with her she had an attitude and when I told her I had an allergic reaction she was questioning with a tone of disbelief as if a hair treatment would not cause a reaction. And then when I asked ro talk to the manager or someone else she hang up on me …Awful! Then I call again a Kristy was able to help me stop the subscription. She was wonderful. I wish every costumer service person would be as helpful as her.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery. I didn’t want to have my subscription automatically renew and they fixed it while informing me how to order again when the time comes. Very understanding. So far like the product. Easy to use. Too early for results.

Worth trying!!

I was a Minoxidil responder but it irritated my scalp causing flaking and itching so I switched to Kilgour and got modest regrowth at 6 months. It is easy to apply and doesn’t cause too much residual product on my thin hair. I apply it after a shower, massage for a few minutes, wait about 20 min then dry my hair and I don’t get the “gunky feeling” of having something in my hair. It smells great and is gentle. It worked for me and I have tried multiple products. I think it’s worth trying for at least 6 months. I have menopausal and GLP-1 hair loss so it took a bit longer for me. I just reordered another 6 months of product.

Sent an email, to find out about finding a fragrance free serum or shampoo/conditioner product, as my scalp suffers from seborrheic dermatitis.
So far, there isn’t an option to buy their products w/o fragrance, but a team member replied to my email quickly and assured me that they listen to our concerns and take them into consideration.
They DO suggest that we apply a small amount, on a small patch; and if the product has an ill effect, they make it easy to get a refund.
Someday, I just may get brave enough to break the bank give it a try!

Had high hopes but nothing but disappointment

Had high hopes for this and was majorly disappointed! I’ve tried everything from red light therapy to supplements to minoxidil. I just keep losing hair and it’s so heart wrenching. The reason I’m giving KilgourMD such a low rating is because of their customer service! I’ve been using their product for 10 months and every interaction with them leads to the same answer “you haven’t used the product long enough”. Their customer service is useless and they provide nothing helpful. The only thing that is happening is we get to watch them take our hard earned money. I’ve asked specific questions and requested very specific assistance and they reply the same way…it needs more time! If anything has changed, my hair is thinner. Don’t be fooled by their ads. It may help some people but it certainly did not help me. I have what I believe to be female hereditary hair loss and at $128 a month, that’s a lot of money spent for 10 months to receive NOTHING!

Camia was very patient, kind and caring.

Camia replied to my emails not once but TWICE!! She made sure I felt comfortable and understood the directions and the application process. So this review is for the customer service experience. I have been applying the drops to my scalp for about 1 month. I have not noticed much growth (maybe a FEW baby hairs popping up just this week but I am not the best at applying every night. I did purchase a 3 month supply so I will try to be more diligent in these next two months. I will update my review if there’s improvement.

I can't cancel my subscription

I can't cancel my subscription. I had to go through multiple emails to find where I could cancel my subscription. Once I found it and selected cancel, it only allowed me to choose if I wanted to skip it for 45 days or for 90 days. There is no option to cancel. I'm sure they want you to contact them so they can try to talk you out of it. I don't have time for that.
