This company sucks I would not advise…
This company sucks I would not advise anyone to waist their time. I the beginning they sale themselves very well but after they get their money you couldn’t get a hold of them anymore. They begin to give me a bunch of lies how the sniped my sticker and business cards, I’ve send emails and phone calls seems like they disappeared and can’t get ahold of no one. Furthermore there isn’t a business line to reach anyone. Personally they need to be out of business. They make you feel scared like you been scammed. They left me puzzled with a unfinished website!! I’m fighting for my money back!

Refund and the run around
I hired company about 4 months ago. I paid $350 to get an elite package and 2 logos. I received the logos right away. I am still waiting on business cards etc. I keep calling Key for Designs and leaving messages. No one calls back after they say they will. This company is terrible. Terrible customer service and unethical. I am definitely considering contacting BBB. I am a mother or 3 and wife. Retired from Air Force. I just wanted their help branding myself. I just need my money back.

The Key for Design Team was fantastic.
They worked diligently to make us a logo in a couple of days. Their response time and communication was great.
If we need something similar in the future, we will contact them.
