We used Robust Web designs for our website and I wish we could go back in time knowing what we know now.

We have been trying to reach them for over 5 Weeks about our Website that we worked with them to create. at this time our website is not working and appears to have been "hacked" Stay aware from these guys.

You will work with one person that promises you the moon then a few months later your website stops working and they wont fix it until you pay $$$. Then wait about a year and guess what, it doesn't work again and it will cost you! If you pay for lifetime hosting that does't mean that you will have use of their shared server, even if you have a very small and limited website they will want you to pay for a dedicated server. I was told that I didn't pay for lifetime hosting then 10 days later I was told that I did but I would still need to pay for a dedicated server. I should have ran the first time my website stopped working. Lesson learned.

Arthur, Eddie and their teams worked tirelessly to build and transform my idea into a professional e-commerce platform. There’s a lot more to it than you’d think; they were contentious and knowledgeable every step of the way. Wouldn’t be here without them. Thank’s guys.

THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEM UNLESS I SIGN UP FOR MARKETING. THE AGREEMENT WE SIGNED HAS 3 YEARS OF FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. THEY EXTORT MONEY. THIEVES!!! THEY USE FAKE NAMES TOO. THEIR REAL NAMES ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THEY GIVE TO CUSTOMERS! DO NOT USE THEM!

This company is a scam. They will not follow through on their promises. They are incompetent. My website keeps going down and they say they fix it. It is only temporary. It will go down again and again. These guys lie about everything. Shop around

If I could give them zero stars I would. robust is the worst website designer out there, you guys take customer money and cannot provide the service. I would not recommend!!!! Period. They are the worst

We were looking for a company that could help us create an ecommerce website. We were lucky enough to have found Robust Web Design. I was Introduced to Mark Wilson and Arthur. Both of them did a great job guiding us through every step. They were both great in making sure we were always updated and understood every step. I greatly appreciate the amount of patience that Mark and Arthur have. They made every change that we requested. Answered every question and made suggestions of how we can improve the website. Their quality of work and amazing customer service is the very reason we will be coming back in the future! Lastly I just want to give a special thank you to Mark Wilson and Arthur. My project took a little longer than expected because of changes I made but they both stayed committed, and motivated!

I had horrible experience with robust web design agency. They never delivered the website as requested. After 2 months the website is still full of mistakes. All they do is snatch your time and money.

I had an awesome experience with Christopher Buck. He kept me updated through every process of website design. Christopher's ability to lead and to collaborate with my creativity was refreshing! He understood me and communicated superbly to the designers and developers. I am completely satisfied so far and I trust that I am not being taken advantage of. Five star service all the way!!!
